This location rocks, they have great deals and a great variety of items to choose from. Amazing prices for a quick meal. When I go drive thru, never a single problem. However when I order delivery…I have had three times where I pay extra for large fries in the burger box but still get the little basic one. I also notice each time this happens, zero sauces. Impossible to get help from the delivery apps regarding these problems so here I am possibly saving someone else the headache. I’m sure everyone is hard at work, but I’m tired of getting snubbed even if it is only a couple dollars. Every dollar counts out here in California 🩶

My favorite place to eat their is wonderful tacos and french fries and all their food.
You know what? It’s just Del Taco but some fast food locations are def better than others and this one always delivers. I came at 6:30pm on a Friday (cuz I know staff matters too!!) and all of them rocked my world in the best way. Food was delicious, service was courteous and efficient, five stars. It’s not the most rewarding job so I truly appreciate that. Thank you Del Taco employees?

I'm writing this on behalf of my sister, who had a disturbing experience at this Del Taco location. While going through the drive-thru, she handed her card to the cashier, who then pulled out her phone and held it near the register—right next to my sister’s card—as she was swiping it. She couldn't see what the cashier was doing with the phone, and it immediately made her uncomfortable. In a time where identity theft and card scams are incredibly common, that’s a serious red flag. When she spoke up and said it made her uneasy, the cashier brushed her off and said, “You should have alerts on your card for scams and stuff.” That response is unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason for a cashier to have their phone out during a card transaction, especially so close to a customer’s payment info. It looks shady, it feels shady, and it opens the door to potential fraud. If Del Taco cares about customer trust and safety, this behavior needs to be addressed and corrected. This isn’t just a bad attitude—it’s a risk to people’s financial security.
