Tuesday november 5th 7:15 am lady kicked me out while I was already inside talking bout they were closed i said but I'm literally inside and it says you open at 7 she said I have no cashier supposedly it was her and another man inside. I was like what the man its to early for this I just left and won't be coming back very disrespectful

Ordered about 30 min to closing and they did a great job. Burrito was made as ordered and the rest of the food was done correctly. Good customer service and restaurant looked clean.

Horrible place I asked for $30 worth of tacos and she goes and says “ how many is that do your math I cant just put them in “ then as I tell her I want $30 worth she says okay I refuse your service go , worse customer service ever

Had a great meal at Del Taco. An order for six people was neatly packaged separately for each menu, making it very easy for us to determine who ordered what. Food tasted very tasty, 10/10
This place has truly gone down hill. I came in and ordered a number 10 epic burrito combo. She asks "medium or large?" I say, what ever is on the menu. She replies "small". I reply 'oh, you didn't mention that.' Now, at this point, I'm willing to let it go as it's a minor issue. And, of course, this is how these places upgrade you without you knowing. But then she cops an attitude by saying "Jesus Christ" like I did something wrong for asking. That just pisses me off now. And, I will admit I can be a real jerk sometimes. But when some overpaid fast food jockey gives me attitude... they deserve my disrespect. I should have just canceled the order and walked. I regret not doing it now. This is the mess they served me. I'm almost afraid to eat it. What a dam mess. The sad thing is that the drive through was empty and I was the only customer in the place. So the least they could do is make it right. I had to go was my hands again after eating. I came apart in my hands. I won't be back with this nasty attitude for a person. And the puss po2or way the quality control is.

Yeah this place has gone downhill. Monday night, lady tells me one price, $15.43. Once at the window she makes a mistake and somehow the food is now 2 dollars more. She gives me 2 receipts since she had mistakenly separated them, and somehow I'm paying more. When I asked, she didn't seem bothered and didn't even apologize when it was her fault. Easily could've gone back in the order and grouped them, their POS system can't be that hard to navigate. It's not the 2 dollars , it's the principle, and that she didn't even say my bad or anything. Never coming back to this Del Taco again.
