My mother had a dentist appointment near Lemon Grove, and as soon as her appointment was over, she wanted to eat at a Del Taco, so I looked for one nearby. We love Del Taco's food, but this time, it was one of the worst experiences I ever had at a location. The "manager in charge" wasn't as friendly as others. 1st- She took our order and did not repeat it to make sure it was correct. 2nd- She did not give me a receipt, nor did she let me know which number I was. 3rd- When my order was ready, it was given to me in take out bags when I asked her that it was for dining there. 4th- As I was eating, I saw that everyone who placed an order repeated the order and given a receipt, at least 3 different people. I don't like to complain about stuff like that, but I honestly felt like I was treated in a harsher way. I live in Imperial, and the Del Taco that I go is really professional and friendly.....something I did not feel there. Like I said, I don't like to complain, but I simply wanted to warn you before anyone else have a similar experience there.

Drive thru took forever! Wasn't at a busy time either! They were just super duper SLOW! FOOD WAS GOOD CANT COMPLAIN AT ALL ABOUT IT! JUST SLOW SERVICE THATS ALL!Wheelchair accessibility: Good parking for wheelchair accessibility

Ordered 2 birria tacos and they gave me a birria quesadilla. It's soggy and floppy and disgusting. Was also a bone in there. Was fun biting into that! UPDATE AND A BONE IN THE GRILLED CHICKEN TACO!!!!

Great Food and Great Service. The thing that seperates This Del Taco location from 5 stars is that it has no place to plug in my phone while dining in. I've never had a bad meal here. One favorite is Carne Asada fries. I sometimes steal a little carne asada, tomatoes and guacamole and put on ctunchtada or other items.

For years this del USED to be my Go To del taco but unfortunately it has slowly regressed to a place I refuse to visit.The food doesn't taste as good as it once did, The portions have shrunk down to kids meals sizes, and the attention to detail is nonexistent.While the employees who work here are still pleasant enough that doesn't make up for all the other shortcomingsI don't know if its the fact that Jack In The Box corp. took over but I will say that That is around the time this location, and Quite Honestly, ALL the del locations took the "hit" from really good fast food to Not Good fast food.Its sad. If this trend at the del tacos continues its Downslide to, less than, mediocrity they will all cease to exist.
