My husband and I wanted to get out of the house but stay close and this was so convenient since we live in LG

We were so excited to see a mariscos place near us.

We arrived about 730pm
Ordered shrimp ceviche 2 micheladas and chefs sushi roll and a taco governador.

We enjoyed our food and the servings were good portions.

They had a dj playing great music.

Overall we had a good time and we'll be back

I am so delighted to have this newer Mexican eatery near me in Lemon Grove! I've been their twice, and going back today. Most restaurants don't impress me. This eatery impresses me on the 3 major fronts: Food quality/quantity, service and ambiance. The first visit I had the 2 fish tacos which were excellent, and abundant. Lots of fresh tortilla chips and their salsa is awesome. 2nd visit I got their lunch special ceviche on Mondays. Likely the best ceviche I've ever had! A really big bowl, came with avocado, cucumbers, crackers, and more! I had leftovers. You cannot beat their price for ceviche, very fair--VALUE. My waitress both times was Ceci, and she is excellent, attentive, and friendly. They have a nice bar, and the atmosphere there is great, they put money into this place! I enjoyed a pint of Pacifico beer too, and their prices for adult beverages are very fair in today's inflationary times.

Very nice little place with good live music and good food. The bartender Maryana has excellent customer service. She makes sure that you are taken care of very attentive. Will definitely be back. Beer super cold too.

Ordered 2 fish tacos and aguachile verde.
Although the tacos looked great, both dishes were flavorless. Our meal, which was not cheap by the way, was a waste of money and stomach space. To make matters even worse, our waitress decided that it would be a good idea to clear the dishes and wipe the table down while we were sitting there, basically pushing us out of the way to leave. It was both awkward and rude. I have never in my life had that happen before. We won't be going back.

Not even a 1 star. Not busy and got a COLD food. Long wait to get food or a refill. Waiters didn't know what they're doing. Charging more. Not coming back!
