Today is September 7th. I went to El Pollo loco in lemon Grove on Broadway and I ordered the chicken quesadilla combo. She said it comes with 4 oz of chicken. I looked it up on Google. A picture of a 4 oz chicken and it's a whole chicken breast. My quesadilla had three 1 in pieces and the entire quesadilla and also in my husband's. I called them to complain and I told her that that is not a 4 oz piece of chicken and the quesadilla and I was right according to a picture that I looked up for a 4 oz piece of chicken on Google. Please complain. She gave me a number to complain to. Her name is Elizabeth. She is the manager there so she says I would not recommend this place to anyone. I told her that they are stealing from their customers. It's false advertisement of what their picture shows that it would come with versus what they provide you with.

I had the most amazing experience at my visit to this restaurant today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a “Welcome to El Pollo Loco,” to a warm welcome and smiles which happened from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. The food was superb as it was incredibly fresh to the point where the meat just came off the bones so easily. I have been to numerous El Pollo Locos, but I have never experienced so much freshness in the food, the tortillas, the sides, and the salsas. There’s also another special feature that this wonderful restaurant offers that others do not, and that is that your food and salsas are actually served at your table. I took the time to speak to the Manager, “Jose,” and congratulated and commended him for doing such an amazing job, with the management of the restaurant, as it was very clean, the music was great, the crew, and the incredible freshness of the food, where the meat was not dry, but fresh and juicy, and how you are made to feel very welcome upon entering, and during the duration of your visit at the restaurant! I live in the East County, and I will drive the distance to go to this restaurant in Lemon Grove at all times as opposed to the ones closest to me where I have been nothing but disappointed! I highly recommend that everyone go to this restaurant for an amazing experience of the treatment you will receive while being there, and for the amazing freshness of all of their food! You can’t go wrong!
