I had the most amazing experience at my visit to this restaurant today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a “Welcome to El Pollo Loco,” to a warm welcome and smiles which happened from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. The food was superb as it was incredibly fresh to the point where the meat just came off the bones so easily. I work right next door and come here about twice a week for lunch. The staff is always with a smile ready to attend. I never have had any issues with them, and food is consistently great. I come around 12pm, atmosphere is quiet, can eat in peace.

The place is very clean and the staff is friendly.
When ordering, everyone is always greeted with a very good attitude and the manager has always helped me with the service. Very good experience in the restaurant.
