We dined here with close friends of ours and had the best time in quite a while! There were 8 of us in our party and we’re fortunate to be able to book their private room towards the rear of the restaurant. We ordered a few Old Fashioned cocktails to start the night, and had also brought two of our favorite wines to be opened during dinner. We started with their Calamari Fritti appetizer and their Cheese & Charcuterie Board. The restaurant’s ambiance was excellent, service couldn’t have been better, and the food (every bit of it was delicious)! Two of us ordered their Steak Siciliano, three of us ordered their Chilean Seabass, and two had their Pappardelle Ragu. One of us also tried their Lobster Bisque. Definite hits of the night were the Steak Siciliano and Chilean Seabass! The ribeye prepared was one of the best steaks offered in an Italian restaurant, and the Seabass cut was a very generous portion! No leftovers remained from either of these dishes. Karina, the owner, came and spoke to us and she was very friendly and hospitable. We loved the decor, the attention to detail, and the genuine service we received the entire evening. While you might not think Lemon Grove would be your first choice for delicious Italian food, you’d be quite surprised as Giardino’s will blow you away with their overall food & service quality. We couldn’t have been impressed any more…

This is a cute little place!! I loved the aesthetic and atmosphere, as well as the good service and friendly staff. The food however, was lacking. We got the Bruschetta to start and it had unripe tomatoes with not even a pinch of salt. There was maybe 3 basil pieces total on the four pieces. The balsamic was fantastic though but it couldn't save the dish. I then had the crab ravioli with shrimp. The shrimp was great, as was the sauce. But there was massive chunks of tomatoes in the dish and my ravioli did not have crab. Of 7-9 pieces I got, 3 had crab. The rest were cheese only and flavorless. For the price I was expecting much more quality food. Our mocktails were the best part of the meal, so for 100 dollars we left dissapointed and dissatisfied.

I would give 4 stars if only the service is good as the entrée we had was delicious. My daughter suddenly felt nausea when the main course came, she couldn't hold it and puked when she was about to go the rest room. The waiter was standing to the other guest next to our table and didn't bother to ask us or offering help. After talking to the table next to ours she moved to the other table ignoring us.My husband had to go inside and look for someone. When finally he came out, he also gave us sour face.No empathy an way from helpful. We didn't want this to happen too. We were sorry the accident happened here, but that's not the response we should got.We decided to pack the main course as we didn't comfortable staying.

Way over priced, and the food wasn’t the craziest thing. I’ve come multiple times but it seems like the food has changed somehow. My Alfredo was watery, and they charge $7 extra for adding 10 small pieces of chicken. Over priced for no reason.

As newbie Grovers, we wanted to support a local business. Everything about our experience was great except for the food. The stuffed mushrooms didn’t have much flavor, not sure what they were missing. The margherita pizza wasn’t too authentic. It had way too much cheese and it also had tomato slices which we’re not very used to seeing on this specific kind of pizza. The chicken parmigiana was also missing something. It tasted more sweet than savory. I think it lacked in garlic and onion. We really wanted to love it but I don’t think we will be coming back. ? service was great though! The servers were really nice.

As always, Giardino doesn't disappoint! We had a family meal with 8 of us and everyone loved every bite. Tuesday Chilean sea bass is delicate and melts in your mouth, the braised short ribs are perfect and tender, the calamari is top notch but my favorite appetizer is the sausage. It's soooo yum! Let's not forget dessert, the tiramisu is house made and delectable and the pistachio cake is indulgent and delicious! The staff is quick, friendly, and really the vibe is feeling as if you're with family. The owner is a treasure and really wants to ensure you're enjoying your meal and accepts all feedback. Don't hesitate to try this restaurant!!

The service was outstanding. D It was a rainy day but, with a covered patio outside (our choice) and a graciously offered heater, we were very comfortable. It was quite peaceful. Our waitress was very cognizant of the water pitcher being filled and checking to make sure we had all we needed. The pear salad was superb. The marscapone was just the right touch. The chicken marsala was delightful. The chicken was so tende! And the dessert of tiramisu was among the best we have had!

Giardino Neighborhood Cucina is one of our favorite spots to go and to bring friends. It's always fun bringing someone here for the first time and they love it, too. Besides the tasty food and drink offerings, we love to sit on the patio at a fire pit table. The ambiance with all the lighting around is magical. The creative decor inside and out, is fabulously designed to create a fun and unique experience. And we love the staff here. For years, Karina has done well to hire people who make you feel welcome and served with pleasure. It's always a good decision to enjoy a meal here.

Lively Monday evening for our good bye dinner to celebrate our out of town guest. We all enjoyed our Generous Lamb Osso Bucco, Seabass,Margarita Pizza, Small Pasta,Cesar Salad and Mmmmushroom apps. Drinks were well made and the service was always a step ahead of our needs. We took a chance as our last experience was a BIG thumbs down. Glad we did and look forward to a summer evening meal out on the patio.
