Come here everyday. I fondly call it "the kitchen". I am the turkey guy and this place is the best sandwich shop I've ever gone too. Plus the variety of root beer and other soda flavors is amazing. Staff is super cool and quick and has a very nice old town vibe.
I keep coming back... but with some caution. Day-old bread. It's been happening here. Obviously, stale, wrinkled day-old bread has been used on my full $14 sandwich. Old bread makes a major difference. I worked in a sandwich shop, and I know day-old bread. More than once, my sandwich had the ONE ingredient I specifically asked to be left off: olives. Mistakes can be made, but more than once? No olives is not that complex. Delicious sandwiches, but they need to use fresh...
I'm picky when it comes to sandwiches, this place checked all the boxes for me! The retro atmosphere, the amazing smell that hits you when you walk in and the taste of their product.
