It's always ridiculously busy, the line is always out to the street and there all sorts of car accidents. The food is always very good and hot. Staff is generally friendly and on top of things (it's understandable when they are not because of how crazy busy they always are). The shop is usually clean and overall a place you DO want to visit.

There was an issue with my order, but because of the resolution that is why I am still giving them 5 stars. They gave me 2 parts incorrectly, but the food I received was still good in taste. When I called they offered to mail me an incentive to make it right! Thank you In & Out you never fail me!

If you're going to eat fast food once in a while, this is the place to do it! Great burgers! They taste like they just came off the grill (which they probably have). The lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings are always fresh. Ask for the fries to be well-done. Otherwise, the fries tend to be soft. I like mine crispy. The loaded fries are the best-- loaded with lots of bacon, and a special sauce. I find them addictive. The other fast food chains can't compare with In-N-Out Burger, they're not in the same class. In-N-Out Burger is a cut above.
