I hate to give them 4 stars. Wish I could give 4.5 stars. Everything is great here, the service is good, they are fast and friendly. I have been disappointed several times by their coffee. I like coffee most times with my breakfast from Jack in the Box, but the coffee in the past 6 months just tastes like they re-run the water through the old grounds. Very little caffeine benefit and super watery taste.

it’s 10:50PM and I just order a munchie meal with the jacks spicy chicken and the chicken itself was thin with no meat. Tried bitting more down hoping for more meat but was disappointed. Basically eating batter also onion rings hard aswell like always . Please do better

Love jack in the box they have the best deals for the food they serve all though not always the best in taste but it is superior in price I usually use the online app to purchase and get even better deals. My favorite is the jumbo jack I add extra veggies ketchup and mayonnaise the fries are always spot on and everything is made fresh. Also they are open 24/7 and they have any type of food your looking for as well as snacks and desserts

First of all they got my order wrong and seems like nobody there speaks proper English even in person they couldn't understand me they need to give them English courses if there putting them on drive through service

I’ve gone here a few mornings when I have time and a tall white lady with glasses is always so dismissive and rude every time I order. Tells me my order and I have to tell her I’m not done. I won’t be coming anymore cuz I know how you’re supposed to treat customers. I work in food also and this is not how I wanna start my Mornings. I thought maybe it was an off day. No she acts like that EVERTIME. I’m over it. Sucks cuz it’s closest to my house and on my way. Also my egg smelled and tasted like mold or it went bad. I threw it away. It was disgusting.

The lady in the drive-through a tall white lady with blonde hair is very rude and dismissive. My disabled mother ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl with no sauce, and she told her that it was too bad. It was already made with the sauce and they could not remake it for her. She told my mother, she could not remake it for her multiple times. I guess the worker didn’t wanna waste the food or it was made for a previous customer and they wanted to give her that bowl. This isnt the first negative experience at this location. The same lady in the drive-through window was also very rude to me when I ordered months ago. I barely began to order and she gave me my total. I told her I was not done ordering and she got angry. She said sighed and asked “what else do you want?!” Gross

I went into the Jack In The Box I was the only one there and ordered a Bacon Smashburger, Sourdough Jack, 6 Tacos 4 without sauce, and a Large Curly fry. this was at 12:39 pm at 12:41 pm I decided to add a free Jumbo Jack (thanks to the Padres) with cheese and a large drink. The drink machine didn't have any drinks available so KIMBERL had to fill it in the back. I got my first order at 12:44 pm reasonable time. My order was missing two tacos when I said something KIMBREL told a girl with glasses about it who rolled her eyes got my two tacos and said something about I at least got my 4 tacos without sauce.
I waited for my Jumbo Jack for 10 minutes I saw at least 6 drive thru orders go out and people started to fill up the place for their orders. I finally was able to ask KIMBERL if I was ever going to get my Jumbo Jack she finally gave me my cold Jumbo Jack and set it on the counter at 12:53 pm. 12 MINUTES TO GET A JUMBO JACK.
There wasn't one smile out of any of the employees, not one Thank You just a bunch of rude people making $20 an hour.
When I got home 8 minutes later all of the tacos didn't have sauce instead of 4. The curly fries had scrapings with old French fries in it. My Smashburger had 3 pickles on it and 2 pieces of bacon one was underneath and one on top.
This isn't the first time at a Jack In The Box that this has happened. I am almost afraid to east there anymore. I HONESTLY feel that because I am Caucasian that there is racism involved. I haven't seen one single black , or white employee at any Jack In The Box.
They make $20 an hour and this is what I get. This is a reflection on the Manager as they are supposed to train the employees. 12 Minutes to get a JUMBO JACK
