Wow. They remodel the place from the outside. Drive thru section is different. Will come back again.

Went in to order a meal in the kiosk and had to wait nearly 20 minutes until I asked an employee to check the status of my order and the employee glanced at my receipt and tried to give me the wrong order which I nicely reminded them that it was not what I ordered and had to wait another 5 minutes for my correct order. I will give this place another try since it is not the employee fault that the kiosk order did not show up on the employees end but nearly 25 minutes for a meal from a fast-food joint is pushing sit down wait times and the drive through line was not super long outside either.

Came by late night from the Bay with my dog. My dog always goes crazy with excitement going through a drive thru as he always things its for him. Spoiled him from our Saturdays at Stabucks. Nigel was great and understanding when he wasnt able to hear my order over the barking. Thanks for the little extra love for Mr. Bowie! Dinner was great and my dog was even happier with his late night treat! We will be back!! Keep being amazing!! People like you keep us coming back!

I came and got food ok oct 3rd at 2:50 and the associate said that if he wanted he’ll spit and mess up my food! There is cameras and you guys can see the recording! So either he apologizes to me personally or I will sue this place!!! I need to speak to the manager I already contacted my lawyer!

I go they a few times. I thought I give it a try again. I don't like workers touch my food with their hand. They should gloves. This what happen when they get good money there lose the care about the customer. They want to get paid more money then they should give good customer care on food handling 😒

food was not placed neatly, my ham was to the side, my bacon was burnt & all over the box, & my bread wasnt even on right. We asked for fries and we were given a hash brown.

Sandwiches look like they were thrown together from across the room. I ask for Curly Fries and get what was clearly a catch-all for every crumb and half-burnt fry ever to fall through the cracks. There are other, better managed Jack in the Boxes than this one. Never coming back here.
