I don’t know what was going on tonight but the staff did not follow any directions. I asked for bacon and they never put that on the sandwiches. Don’t charge me for something i did not get on my sandwich. You’re better off going to the jersey mikes in La Mesa. They’re actually attentive and friendly.

The three stars that I gave in general is for the taste of the food. It’s very good and the wait time is reasonable however, the customer service is very lacking. I never like to leave anything but five stars however I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years, doing this very job for a few of those years and every time I walk in it seems like they don’t want to be bothered. I’m watching other customers get serviced and it’s just not very friendly. They’re not rude however not welcoming. “When they look at each other like who’s going to service her?”, it’s a bit off putting. I also used to do secret shopping so I know exactly what I am talking about. Again I don’t like leaving bad reviews but … step your game up.
It’s always a bad sign when someone has tuna and scraping the container and not getting a new batch. Keep that left over spoiled food for someone else. That is why you just go inside sandwiches places for whatever reason you find the laziest nasiest employees.
