Food is awful... Customer service is horrible. The employees are young,slow and do not greet or thank you. Talking to each other and one was actually looking at his cellphone while on the clock. The meat was DRY. The bread was VERY DRY... All of the above plus the RIDICULOUS prices. No good!!! Don't suggest. This location is in El Cajon on Jamacha road or second street (can't remember).

Happy to have JM's in Lemon Grove. I stopped in today and ordered two Italian subs. The staff are so curtious, professional and soooo artistic in creating the best Italian subs for me. I was greeted with kindness and asked what I wanted on the sub from start to finish. This means so much to me when customer service is the best in our community. Our young people are doing a fantastic job at JM Lemon Grove. I recommend this location to all our community residents hungry for a great Jersey Mike's Sub. Very proud to see great team work! We came here when they first opened & everyone was super cool, easy going & friendly. The food we got was fresh and very delicious to eat. We tried the chipotle chicken and really enjoyed it. My daughter who was with us was super excited for there cookies. Overall great experience & would highly recommend.

Dude Captain 619 here, you won't believe it, but we totally scored some epic sandwiches from this spot yesterday. I went for the massive chicken beast, known as the number 55, while my wife went for the classic number 7. Let me tell you, bro, the flavor of those sandwiches was absolutely on fire! It was such a rad experience that we're already planning our next visit, stoked to come back for more. we will be back to haunt again.

It's good to know that they make fresh batches every day as needed, and what is left over at the end of the day is thrown out.I had the mini, Mike's way on wheat with extra pickles with Sun Chips and an unsweetened iced tea. The wheat bread was good, and so was everything inside the sandwich. With exception to the tuna, they do pile on the rest of the ingredients nicely. The ice tea was good as well.Service was upbeat and friendly, as per usual for most Jersey Mike's around town. The facilities were clean.
Ok I am giving this location just three stars ( I wanted to give them 1 star) because I am familiar with the quality customer service I have received from other locations (3 stars is the best I can do right now). This a new location, with a young new staff and maybe a few first time jobs. Anyway I ordered the cheese steak with clear instruction that I did not want any jalapeño peppers. When I made it home hungry and excited to eat it turned out they had made me a chicken cheese steak with tons of jalapeño peppers. I was so disappointed! Love Jersey Mike's in Lemon Grove. They're newly open franchise is killing it at this location! The young staff are friendly, helpful and patient with customers. I am the regular tuna and my husband prefers the giant turkey, Mike's Way. Of course we had two of the superb chocolate chip cookies. Way to go guys!! See you again soon! Sorry no pics this time...
