Came here for a chix sandwich..thru drive thru at 9pm. Noticed some staff standing on their phones inside drive thru. Got home, took a bite and chix sandwich was raw. Couldnt even bite thru chicken flesh raw. Hell no.... Lazy arse staff.

I hadn't had KFC for a couple of years and was craving it. We lost our local KFC so one day when I was out running errands I decided to drive over to this one in lemon grove. The parking lot was so full! It's in a shopping center and I had a little difficulty spotting up because the GPS was sending me the wrong direction. Boy of the prices gone up since I last ate but then they've gone up everywhere. I got the two-piece special which was more than enough food. Lake, thigh, mashed potatoes, no coleslaw anymore on this one. 5.99 so it's still a cheap meal comparatively. The chicken was cooked through and had great flavor so even though I know it's cooked in an unhealthy way it was still a delicious meal. Guilty pleasure you might say. The girl behind the counter was very nice and the place looks pretty clean.

Absolute joke I order my food 25 minutes to bring to the counter. Employees have attitude problems. Who ever the manager is should have a conversation with there employees working 10/29/25. To laugh at a customer absolutely unacceptable also unprofessional.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Went in yesterday to pick up an online order. The lady behind the counter just gave me my order & began to walk away. I asked for dipping sauces & she gave me only two for my TWENTY wings and again began walking away. I told her I wanted to place another order for more items. She took my order, rang me up and while she was ringing me up, another employee walks in and she hollers at him “I can see you’re in a bad mood” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He also parked in one of the spaces in front of the entrance. Aren’t those spaces for custome parking? The young lady finishes up my transaction, doesn’t at any point in time while I am in the restaurant thank me for my service nor did she give me a receipt. She just gave me my orders and walks away. That is the kind of service I am paying for? She needs to be retrained on proper etiquette.
Is this a soup or gravy? I asked or 2 large gravy i got a soup n still charge me freak $4. This happened today. I normally buy gravy here n never have to deal with this but today. Sadly someone don't know how to make gravy n they still decided to sell it..
I don’t know if this is real chicken or not. It was disgusting. It just fell apart. Disgusting coleslaw was super sweet but the chicken was just disgusting. Thanks but no thanks won’t be returning.

They literally asked me if I wanna try the 14pc leg and thigh only family meal, and I said yes. 10 minutes later I get home and it's all breast. This is like the millionth time my order is wrong from here and it's always the last shift or night crew. They just NEVER. GET IT. RIGHT..... and it seems like they DON'T. CARE.
I just need to find a new KFC location.

This place always seems to mess up my order. Today I ordered their 16pcs meal for $43 and to replace the coleslaw for another mash potatoes, she even repeated it! I expected them to get my order right but when I get home... what do I find? Coleslaw and no receipt to contest it! So annoying, it's the last time I go to this location!
It's KFC, but they good people. IYKYK.
