They literally asked me if I wanna try the 14pc leg and thigh only family meal, and I said yes. 10 minutes later I get home and it's all breast. This is like the millionth time my order is wrong from here and it's always the last shift or night crew. They just NEVER. GET IT. RIGHT..... and it seems like they DON'T. CARE.
I just need to find a new KFC location.

This place always seems to mess up my order. Today I ordered their 16pcs meal for $43 and to replace the coleslaw for another mash potatoes, she even repeated it! I expected them to get my order right but when I get home... what do I find? Coleslaw and no receipt to contest it! So annoying, it's the last time I go to this location!

The cashier was too busy talking about old coins with a customer who already had his food and completely ignored the next person in line, like they weren't even there, until the customer finally spoke up and asked if the cashier could possibly take her order!! Very unprofessional and RUDE!!

Terrible website, tried to make a online order for pickup, it cancels twice, went to the location and asked about the online site, and they stated that the site was down and couldn’t make any online order. Then i asked about getting the offers online, and they stated that they could not offer the pricing online. So i still made a family meal purchase, once my order was received, i asked for plates, they told me no, and i had to ask for my receipt as if they were trying to hide something. Terrible Experience overall with KFC…
