I ordered a 2 pieceBreast wing combo meal. What was delivered wa a a breast wing and a cup of gravy ? no mashed potatoes or a biscuit. So disappointed

Came through their drive-thru twice for school lunch to get their deal of mix 2 for $10; a 2 piece extra crispy chicken with biscuit and a chicken sandwich.Their chicken was so juicy, and the breading of the skin was just right and crisp. I scarfed it down so fast.The chicken sandwich is just delightful as well! The chicken was a good, soft, but crisp crunch, and their sauce was great with every bite.Complete the meal with a large raspberry tea, and you got yourself a fulfilling meal right there!
I liked going because they always serve you well and I loved the food.

This location always mess up with my orders. I ordered there 2 times. Missed items both times. You'd better sit there and count everything before you leave. I will never order there again.

I had a less than desirable experience on Sunday. It all started with the app which was particularly glitchy today. It was slow, had problems accepting my payment and I'm not sure if it was the app or the store but I was denied my "free" drumstick. I ordered the 3 pc Big Box with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw, and the afore mentioned drumstick. I recieved only 2 pc. I talked to the gal at the counter. She gave me one piece and as mentioned before denied me my drumstick, which set the mood for the rest of my meal. I noticed my chicken while rather small was larger than my previous visits. This changed my one star review to the two you now see. The coleslaw tasted as good as usual but seemed to be a bit warm as it it may have sit outside the cooler a little while. It didn't affect the taste, rather the enjoyment. My mashed potatoes were a tad more runny than usual and tasted ok, just a bit watered down. The gravy wasn't near as good as I expext KFC gravy to be. Perhaps they were having a bad day. BUT why did they have it on the day I visited? I love KFC, I've ate it for as long as I can remember and in several different cities and states. I'm beginning to believe the ones in San Diego County have no respect for the legacy of its founder. Please know that this review is for my last visit only and I know KFC can do better.

I bought the chicken pot pie and there’s nothing to it there’s like no chicken no nothing in the middle, I regret not taking a picture it taste good, but there’s nothing in the middle like I could go to the store and buy a chicken pot pie and have more

I now remember why to go anywhere else. Popeys,weiwei, anywhere. Ordered 4 PC crispy with slaw. Got 3pc orig. with potatoes. Not busy, 4pm Sunday.Service... polite and nice smile while she handed me a $15 bag of all the wrong fiod.

I ordered a 14 piece meal today added a large KC and cheese on the side everything tasted delicious! Thank you Markell for your recommendation of 2 for $5 Mac and cheese chicken wraps those were sooo good I ate them before I got a chance to take a picture! Overall great service and communication on Markells Part! Come here if you ever crave KFC you'll get exactly what you need and excellent customer service!

Came to this kfc ?. Drove threw the drive threw. Placed an order for 3-chicken tenders meal and went up to the window and pay, took my order. Drove and parked to check ✔ on my meal, I got 3-chicken nuggets. ??what the hell is this! They made a mistake in handling with my order. I will not come to this kfc ?.

This place needs an attitude adjustment ... The person taking the orders is rude and when you pull up to the window I received nothing but attitude and negativity from this person. I go to KFC because I like the food not for attitude...

Took a break from NFL Redzone to grab a quick meal. Stopped here for the Hot spicy chicken wings ( 8 pieces for 4.99). Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was clean and organized in and out no problems.2023(29)
