I dont eat sushi but I came here on a whim to check out the other options. Ordered the katsu chicken, cream cheese rangoons, and my boyfriend got a poke bowl. Would've ordered an appetizer too but thats doing too much. Everything was delicious! My boyfriends poke bowl came with a soup, I tried it but I dont like soup. He said it was good though. My rangoons were crisped well and my katsu was breaded so good, and it was a lot of food so we were both able to eat half and save the other half for lunch the next day. Next time I come here ill try the Thai tea and a vegetable roll (again, I dont like traditional sushi with fish). My server made good recxomendations and I spoke with 2 employees who were both very helpful. I love this place. Giving it a 3 star for atmosphere as I came here on a weekend night and it was busy and seemed a little small. Ill try again on a weekday and come back to update.

Service is always accommodating, wait time is minimal... any food off the menu (which I've tried almost all) is above par. Happy hour is worth having an early dinner. There aren't enough stars allowed on the app for my wife and I to rate our busy weekly date night schedule.... could add pictures if I remembered to take them the moment the entrées came out...remembered after I devoured them so an empty plate wouldn't make sense.

The rice is old. So sad :/ because they looked and tasted okay but super hard rice. I should have listened to the person complaining about hard rice a couple weeks ago in the reviews

Nice place for a family dinner. I have only had the poke bowl, super delicious. Miso soup is tasty. Hardly any wait time. They do close in the afternoon after lunch. reopen at 4:30 for dinner.

Hinata Sushi – Great Service, But the Food Falls Short
Stopped by Hinata Sushi and had a mixed experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the hospitality. The sushi was below average in taste and quality, and nothing really stood out flavor-wise.
Overall, it’s a place with great people but disappointing dishes. With some improvement in the kitchen, it could be a solid spot.

I order online a shrimp lover, the shrimp was spoiled, smells disgusting it wasn’t even safe to try it. Very low low quality I won’t order for this place again.
