I had some time to kill waiting for the pharmacy and wanted a snack. There are plenty of fast food options in the area, but I stumbled upon this little shop that touted protein shakes. I got a guilt free and delicious sweet treat for myself and also didn’t have to fork over money to a multi-billion dollar corporation that doesn’t even have a dollar menu anymore. Service was wonderful and they even have a totally reasonable loyalty program that will definitely have me coming back. That’s a win to me.

Amazing protein choices!! I love being able to eat my favorite sweet flavors without the guilt of it being unhealthy. The owner was very knowledgeable of the products. She guided me on what to chose to get more protein out of my shake. I had the Mint Chocolate chip with coffee. The flavor was just like the ice cream! But, with 20grams of protein! The waffles and donuts looked so good! I'll definitely try them next time.
