Honestly its so hard to get service here. If I need to ask someone for something that has nothing to do with ordering at a kisok, they just walk by and by and don't even acknowledge anyone, it wasn't just me.

But where theres mediocre employees is a mediocre manager and or GM.

They don’t answer the phones 📞 I’m trying to ask about my online order I placed now it’s going to be missing things. Online doesn’t have all the options for sides.

I pulled up because there was a sign with 3 wraps for 5 bucks, I went inside asked about it said it was through app, was not so after 5 or 10 minutes of struggling I went outside and saw in small black words it was each ...why would you put 3 on top of each other Popeyes make us fat people thing its 3 for 5 bucks and have small letters saying each. Smh I'm fat and hungry and sad now

Sometimes their chicken and fries are very salty hope they lower the sodium forl the health of their costumers.

Manager with red hair, very disrespectful, there were no customers inside nor outside in the drive thru, I walked inside to get attended as soon as I walked in there were three employees sitting down taking their break in the lobby, more then 4 employees behind the cashier, the one with red hair asked me here for pick up with an attitude can’t even say hello welcome in, nothing just straight up attitude with a tone “are you here for pick up” I then responded no may I order she said yeah the kiosk is behind you. Like whats the attitude for, what’s the point of having all these employees working if not one can take my order.

I came to this Popeyes chicken on lemon Grove 🍋. I ordered a chicken sandwich 🥪. Prices has gone up 👆. Wow. 😳

Normally go to a different store, but was in the area. $65.00 Received over cooked Chicken, over cooked French fries, over cooked biscuits (burnt) not edible and the store will not answer the phone!

I try to give this Popeyes the benefit of doubt but it never fails my food was cold I had to wait for my strawberry biscuit it had no icing on it as it should have my fries was cold and they forgot a fry I will stick with Euclid

I was asked three times via the drive-through what my order was three times I repeated it. I asked for all dark meat, a 12 piece family meal. I got to the window and clarified again with the cashier all dark. He said yes all dark six piece legs and six thighs. I said OK he asked me if I wanted hot sauce what kind of sauce I said no sauce he hands me. My bag asked me for what sauce I want again I said no sauce he repeated it. I get all the way home and instead of having all dark meat, I have six chicken breast that I don’t like three chicken wings that I don’t want to 34 totally not what I wanted. I’m so pissed right now.

You can't order from the counter. You have to use the kiosk. I did. It took over 45 minutes to get 2 regular biscuits and 2 strawberry cream pies. Then, after 45 minutes, the clerk said, she thought I ordered strawberry biscuits, and she said she read it wrong and the pies would be another 10 minutes. I asked for my money back and got the he'll out of there.

Order came with large sides and they gave me the smallest size sides. Even the label clearly says Large. Either they're not paying attention or didnt bother to fix the mistake and then sealed the bag.
