The nice girl with the pretty blue eyes was super polite and patient, Teaches you how to use the kiosk and (maybe on accident) gave me a 5 piece blackened tender instead of a 3 pc, Regardless, Excellent service, good food and God Bless you all.

Drove through and left. Had to come back because one item was forgotten to be included in the order by whoever prepared the items. One thing about drive through… have to check what you’re getting, no matter how long the car line is. Ignore the long line behind you (I advise myself).

Request that you use kiosk to order, if paying by cash it stayed that you can at counter....function on kiosk didn't work as stated, ordered bone in wings and received boneless. Based on items offered on commercials, they state they don't honor them all the time

Terrible service, I understand the need to ensure the correct customer gets the order but to not read the order and read the deal that is being offered is wrong. Getting upset because they got our order wrong and we simply wanted the correct food is not proper service. As shown the deal shows 4 fries which we ordered 4 fries but yet they only gave one? How is that in any way correct and getting upset because you read the reciept wrong that we showed you is even worse. Honestly the employees need a refresher and taking their time to even read before acting and saying things to the customer.
