Rosarito's Mexican Food #7

I ordered d the Caldo de res. It was the perfect temperature everything was tasty and fresh. This place will be my go to when it comes to authetic mexican food. Thanks to Oscar and Elvia for the service.

Food is excellent, this is 1 of my go to taco shops whenever I visit SD. We usually get the rolled tacos, carne asada fries or Street tacos. I love their hot sauce too.

Food use to be good. Diarrhea now. Would not recommened this place.

We've been going here for over 20 years and it's as good as it was the first time. Best chips and salsa ever. Can't beat the combo with a tostada, taco, and rolled tacos.

Not gonna lie, I was pretty hyped to try this place after hearing good things. We drove all the way down from Vista just to check it out. We ordered two plates of the nine rolled taquitos and tried carne asada, adobada, and chicken tacos. We also got a couple of California burritos and some quesadillas.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the meat across the board. The carne asada was so dry we didn’t even finish the tacos. The adobada had potential but was also really dry. The chicken was the best of the three, but still not great. It just felt like an off day for the grill or something.

Now, the taquitos were a different story—totally loaded with guacamole, cheese, and sour cream. Super tasty. We also got some hot carrots, which were solid, and the hot sauces were pretty good too.

The California burrito had the same dry meat issue, but with the guac, cheese, and fries, it held together alright.

Maybe we just caught them on a bad day. I might give it another shot sometime and update this review if it’s better next round.

Best taco shop ever, great food , my favorite...customer service sucks....seems like this ladies hate working there.....they are rude specially the short blonde lady , i think her name is princess

Generally really like this place. On last 2 visits the food was so salty couldn't eat it. Especially the enchilada sauce. Will try again though. Hope it gets fixed . Probably just a glich.

You have to try the beef broth! 10/10 the only taco shop that sells broths in all of Lemon Grove.

We went to eat a week ago Tuesday. Both of us got food poisoning. We were sick for a week. The food tasted good, it didn't taste bad at the time. But, we got very sick after we ate there.
