I came in for the first time today excited that I found a boba shop near my house, only to meet the grumpiest Asian guy (the one with the gimpy leg). He seemed so angry that I even walked in. He was the only guy in there, he saw me, and made me wait to take my order. Then when he came out to finally take my order, his face and attitude was Not welcoming at all. No hello, no pleasant demeanor, nothing but a bad, angry, attitude. He was creepy and disturbing, I should have just walked out! Because my taro boba that I ordered did not taste good anyway. It didn't have the good taro taste, it tasted like wierd protein powder or something. I was seriously wondering if something in my taro drink was expired. I've tasted way better in other places. Also, they really need to fix their wood floors it looks so ghetto with all the damage on it. And that gigantic waterfall mountain by the door had so much dirt all around it, Do they ever sweep and mop in here?? By the time he was done making my boba he just left it on the counter and walked away so angry. I did not have a good experience here and I'm glad to say I'm Never ever coming back again!

Boba was ok - my main complaint is the ice. They use crushed ice with their teas, which makes it near impossible to enjoy all your boba. Cubed ice and boba make a much better pairing. Also, the taro milk tea was lack-luster compared to others I've had... just a little bland.Vegetarian options: Lot of milk teas, so vegetarian, but not sure about what milk alternatives they have.

the store is small but spacious enough, very clean. there was a very cute waterfall display piece and the store is connected to a pho place by the same name. plenty of options for teas and the topping options are good too. I got a honeydew smoothie with boba and it was so good. I would love to come back and try

Yummy boba tea at Royal Pearl Tea! We ordered the fruit tea, one strawberry and one peach with jasmine tea and tapioca pearls. Both tasted delicious! Really nice atmosphere to sit and drink there. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend!

We were just trying to kill time in the area and found Royal Pearl Tea and decided to grab a drink since this was the only boba shop nearby.- PARKING -Small strip lot dedicated to the businesses around here, but we had no problem finding a spot!- SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT -Royal Pearl Tea is connected to a Pho restaurant right next door - they even have an entryway in between the two businesses; they might be family-owned? There's not a ton of seating, but it's probably because the pho restaurant also has seating. - DRINKS -Jasmine Milk Tea: I decided to try out a menu staple to compare to other boba shops. I don't think this lives up to my expectations, especially since it's fairly standard across other businesses - it wasn't strong enough in tea flavor, and not sweet enough either.Strawberry Passionfruit Tea: My boyfriend decided to combine these two flavors and it did work pretty well together! I like how for their fruit teas, you can choose up to 3 different flavors, which is something you don't see everywhere.- OVERALL -If we happen to be stuck in this area and need to kill time again, I wouldn't mind stopping by. Otherwise I'll just stick to my regular spots!

I came during lunch time as the heat wave was hitting SD. Finally had a chance to try it out. Plenty of parking and interior is cute.I asked for the jasmine iced tea with guava flavoring. Luckily, when the worker entered the item, it showed me on the screen and noticed it said passion fruit. I corrected her and she adjusted it. I added boba and when I got the drink it was filled with a lot of boba. The boba was nice and chewy.The drink, however, was overy sweet for me. It didn't really seem like a iced tea to me. More like a slush consistency. Except there was literally 1 tiny ice in there. That was very disappointing. I didn't ask for no ice or light ice. I enjoy majority of my drinks cold, especially on that hot afternoon.It tasted like a fructose kind of sweet, which I am not a fan of. Really sad to return to work and drink it room temp basically. I don't think I will be going back. The ice would've helped but the overpowering sweetness still was too much for me.

We were looking for a boba place around my husbands new shop and our girls were so excited to find one down the street in Lemon Grove. This cute tea place is right off the 94 easy access , plenty of parking , they're menu was easy to read and everything sounded delicious we went for taro smoothie with boba , I've had really expensive boba at the mall and they're double the price but worth buying because they're delicious BUT this place has great prices and it taste as good or even better !!! The place is perfect for a boba date and decorated to perfection seems like it's family owned and the owners are so sweet and attentive .. it was pretty busy so that says a lot about a place of business . I'll definitely come back every time I'm visiting the area ! Great job ! you guys are killin with the boba !!!!!!!
The Boba is so good. I love the Mango. They had large chunks of fruit and lots of boba. The boba is very fresh. My girlfriend says it is the best she has had.

This place was super good, very cute inside and the boba was perfect, I got the mango passion fruit green tea and I definitely recommend, they don't add that much ice which leaves alot of the actual drink and the perfect amount of boba.

The worst customer service! The small asian chubby lady made us feel stupid when we were trying to order drinks. She made us feel that she is irritated. She should have realized that their place is NOT POPULAR and thus their menu is new to us. Thank you for letting us know that never again go to your place!

Dissapointing experience.We got there 3 1/2 hours before they closed and they said they weren't going to make any more boba. Lady at the counter seemed really annoyed when we asked her questions about the flavors. I never leave reviews anywhere but I wont be coming back here. Don't recommend ):
