They keep making my order wrong , I’ve called three times and middle of me talking I disconnected the line. I kept calling and asked for the manger and I sat on the phone for 15 minutes just for other workers to come o other phone and say they don’t know when manager is there or comes in , they ended the call again.

The rolled tacos and quacamole had no taste at all. The quacamole was like it came out of a tube. Horrible, 1st and last time going there.

Their cheese quesodilla was made with greasy cheddar cheese, not even mexican cheese. It barely tasted like anything and it was messy and greasy. I ordered a caramel filled churro but they gave me some white filling. It was still good but the sugar coating was kind of spicy??? Lastly, do NOT order their lemonade. I ordered pink lemonade but they gave me regular. It tasted like when you get tap water in a panda express cup and leave it in a hot car for a couple of days, plus some sugar and lemon. $6 for that??

The cook has horrible service I did not want him cooking my food but could not get a refund this burrito looks sad the shell is burnt the fries are burnt 0/10

Ordered on door dash and I SPECIFICALLY asked for utensils and they couldn't even put a fork or hot sauce in the bag ... straight up trash!!!

Had like a tea spoon of guacamole in a carne asada burrito. Stop lease and close shop. 3rd time this placed sucked this place is absolutly terrible
Terrible food and experience. Found a roach shell in my burrito and when I told the manager he had a blank stare and said there was nothing he could do. I don’t think it’s wise for the owners to let their son manage the business maybe send him to school first.

Benefit of the doubt right. I order a 2 birria tacos and 3 TJ tacos. I did NOT get my Birria. And called them to let them know the issue. (see photo) they have the audacity to still argue with me.FYI the birria is more expensive, however they are good( past orders) . this is why i ordered it. Called to let them know i got the incorrect order, but the lady.. Not the receptionist but the lady in the back refuse to be in the wrong. I will not disclose the# But this is not how you should manage a business. Also, they have the audacity to ask where is the birria taco??... hello that is my question too.. thus why i contact yall. \_/Still wondering where is my Birria Taco....i given yall the opportunity to correct it, but ignoring a customer concerns is not the right route.
