My husband loves the carnitas burrito & I'm a big fan of their tostadas & potato taco. We used to have DoorDash pick up/deliver our order, but for some reason they took the carnitas burrito off their menu. The restaurant still has this item, so we just pick it up ourselves now. Defeats the purpose of my DoorDash subscription, but the food at Santana's is so good, it's worth the inconvenience of fetching it ourselves!! We order from Santana's at least twice a month!! Good quality Mexican food. ?

We'll never go back to this restaurant again. there is a lady Meriam who works at the front and has to be the most rudest Employee I have dealt with in a long time. I do not like giving bad reviews. But this woman should not be working here. We were planning to come and eat but my son had to use the restroom first. so my wife and him jumped out of the car very fast so my son could use the restroom. I was getting out of the vehicle with my daughter, When my wife comes up to me and says we are not allowed to use the restroom and she needed to buy something right now in order to use the restroom. My wife then told the rude lady. It is for my son who is 4 years old. She shrugged her shoulders as if she did not care. My wife then comes out and tells me as I am about to walk in. I was so upset that they would not let my little boy who is only 4 use the restroom. I then went and asked if my son could use the restroom while my wife was outside. She rudely told me,You need to buy something. I told her give me the cheapest soda I can buy. I then purchased a can of soda for about two dollars. She then literally drops the receipt on the counter and does not hand it to. I then told her she can keep it and we would not be coming back here to eat here ever again. People who lack customer service should not be working in the front of a business where they have to deal with people daily. If she does not like her job I would advise her to look for something she enjoys doing because she obviously does not like her job.

Beef had good flavor. Good service. A little overpriced.First time here. I was craving some tacos. Ordered 2 beef tacos to-go. They were hard shelled tacos. My mistake. I thought they'd be soft shelled tacos. No problem, as I had tortillas at home and decided to transfer them over into soft tortillas.However, the beef inside them seems to have been placed inside with the hard taco shell. So the corner edges of the beef were super hard and crunchy. Not the texture I was looking for when ordering my tacos. The tacos had no cilantro/pico de gallo. They had the thin orange shredded cheese and the ice burg lettuce. Good taste overall, but not close to the Tijuana taco flavor/presentation. The side salsas were really good though! Might have to give it a second shot and ensure i order soft shelled tacos next time.

I had the best freaking quesadilla here! Had it made with carnitas and extra cheese and O-M-G LICIOUS! ? Try it, you'll love it! It's all fancy now too with the high tech menu. Love that it's 24 hours for all of us night owl's who prefer a smaller crowd.

DO NOT COME HERE. It’s nasty. The chef’s do not wear gloves and they should not be handling food there. Complained because of heat but the other people back there all hand gloves. Don’t go there unless you want nasty food that will make you sick! They did not refund us our money either!!! Do no recommend!!

Upon arrival there was a line with 3 people ahead of me. As the cashier took a phone order in between in person orders. My turn. Communication barriers slowed the process down . She did not put a super burrito together, it became a Carne asada with each add on individually added. The food was okay. I miss old school Dago taco shops. Just best to make your own food.
