I ordered 2 sandwiches. Asked for extra sauce. I was informed each sandwiches can come with 1 sauce on side. So I asked nicely, let me get 2 more side of sauce and charge me for it. She charged me $2.16 for 2 small containers that are half way full. Come on I don't mind the charge but why half way ! I am paying for it . Wow barely any meet !

The last 2 times I’ve been there, they’re out of something. Turkey, soda machine not working, chips, get it together subway! The service is rad when they actually have items.

This subway has very good service. Yesterday around 7:20 p.m. I noticed a very disrespectful customer threatening a worker. The customer said they weren’t satisfied with their sandwich and the worker politely offered to re make it but said they’d have to wait a bit since they had a line of other customers. The customer started getting loud and started recording the worker saying they were going to report her for bad service. I believe the worker WAS NOT in the wrong and the customer was being really harsh. The worker handled it very well.
MY favorite place but now the prices went high.
This place has got to be losing money.
First of all, as I walk up, there's a sign saying they are hiring at $20 an hour. I'm not sure how they can afford that. But it explains why they only have one person making the sandwiches. The place is clean, and the new guy was super polite and not flustered, so I decided to see this through.
2 girls in front of me ordering. It took him a good 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches for them. He was new, had no support, and was doing his best. There was a little seasoned lady behind him prepping meat but decided to keep doing that rather than help the customers. 5 people came in behind me, and I still haven't ordered. They were waiting so long. 3 walked out. Loss of income there... The new guy was doing a GREAT job as this was his third day.
Best of luck guys. Subway was my first job 35 years ago and I'll always come back. But unfortunately not to this one. I just don't have that kind of time for a sandwich. It took me a good 25 min to get a sandwich.

I got my order done by an amazing guy named Claudio around 3pm. As I arrived a very rude, unprofessional costumer was causing a scene and I stood in shock and awe of Claudios composure and calmness to this situation. This costumer acted so immature that even the kid who seemed to be the costumers or a family member was embarrassed. This costumer was so rude and was trying to put me and another costumer into the situation to the point where I was offended in such judgement, rudeness and unprofessional of the costumer’s especially in saying that she works in a job where they shut down restaurants and she was going to bring a camera crew. Super immature for someone who works in that area. As a former employee in the fastfood restaurant business, I know how it feels like to have these types of costumers but this costumer was something else in harassing Claudio. Claudio is a strong working human being, I see him constantly at subway and is very humble and mature. The way this situation was handled… Claudio deserves a raise. I hope the best for Claudio for handling this situation with such composure. I also hope the best for the costumer that caused the scene and was being very rude and immature not only to Claudio but to others inside this restaurant. I hope the costumer gets better and doesnt hold a grudge and take action at this hardworking humble man for it is wrong to do so, especially in an unprofessional dramatic manner. God will hear both of these people in my prayers tonight in hoping for a better future upon them.

I came in and waited for a customer to finish ordering. I sat down to wait since it was going to take some time, during that ordeal another customer walked in and stood to wait while the last customer was checking out. The lady clerk that was there ended up trying to serve the new customer while clearly seeing myself standing there waiting to order. I'm disappointed at her lack of awareness and flexibility, the store was not crowded. I came here to save time, and got my time wasted so I walked out.

Worst subway location ever if i could give a zero star rating even better. Order 2 sandwiches a broccoli soup and a large fountain drink! Only was giving 2 napkins for the whole food also broccoli soup usually comes with salted crackers and red pepper not at this location costumer service bad as well. Fountain drink had no gas told the girl working and said my manners said their is nothing wrong with the soda! Soda had some small trash pieces as well!

Our pickup time was 11:45. We took an hour to get to our order and when we got there, they told us they’re giving us a refund because they’re “cleaning the water out” and threw our order away. I mean they could’ve had TWO people (there were two or three people working at the front) made the orders while the OTHER ONE clean. They just our sandwiches away JUST BECAUSE OF THE RAIN! We wasted our time AND gas just for these people to throw order away. They could’ve just called and told us that they are going to refund after 20 minutes of us not being there. My husband and I just could’ve stayed home and not deal with the hour it took us to get there because of how flooded the streets were. Very angry with the workers there but whatever. If it rains bad to a point Federal and Broadway get flooded again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY!

Bad customer service, there was a girl who was reluctantly serving me, she didn't even look at me, she didn't even say hello, I let her know I'm ready, there were no more customers and she didn't respond to me. I asked her if there wasn't another person to serve me and she says, "No, I'm making a mistake." order but with a bad temper I don't know if he didn't like that I spoke Spanish to him but very despotic I wish they would train their staff more to be more friendly

I want to write this review for the service only .No matter where you work or what your position isRespect and customer service are number 1 .An associate named by Ashley was very disrespectful and yelling out rude comments.Will be reaching out to upper management.
