Probably my worst experience at this location. Server #2526, a short heavy-set Hispanic male. He has a bad attitude as a server. He threw my chips on the counter at me so hard, then didn’t put them in the bag. He loads my sandwich with banana peppers then got an attitude because I told him to remove some and the reddened ones. He shows little patience, and very little reasoning skills when given simple directions. The sandwich was decent, but his customer service was trash.

I feel obligated to publicly share my experience with Mrs. Jimena, who unfortunately provided me with poor, unacceptable service that completely fell short of the minimum standards of courtesy and professionalism that any customer service establishment should maintain.

From the very beginning, Jimena displayed a rude attitude, with a complete lack of willingness and kindness. Her treatment was rushed, with no interest in providing a pleasant experience. She carelessly prepared a loaf of bread for me, burned it, and still tried to hand it to me as if it were acceptable. Beyond the quality of the product, what was truly troubling was her failure to heed an extremely important instruction: I repeatedly asked her not to add cheese to my daughter's bread, as she has a confirmed food allergy.

Despite repeating this instruction up to three times, she not only ignored it but proceeded to prepare the food with cheese, directly endangering my daughter's health. This kind of negligence cannot be taken lightly. We're talking about a medical situation that could trigger an emergency, and the bare minimum expected in these cases is empathy, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Furthermore, I observed a dismissive attitude, where ingredients were literally thrown and food was handled without care or respect for the customer or the final product. I waited patiently, but upon seeing the poor treatment and indifference with which the situation was handled, I decided to leave without consuming what I ordered.

Customer service isn't just about preparing an order: it's about providing dignified, humane, and professional treatment. As consumers, we deserve to be treated with respect, and even more so when it comes to sensitive issues like food allergies, where there is no room for error.

My intention is not to attack anyone personally, but rather to call for this type of attitude to be urgently corrected. Jimena needs to reevaluate the way she interacts with customers and understand that her behavior can have serious consequences.

I sincerely hope that steps are taken to improve the service and prevent another family from having to go through an experience as unpleasant and risky as mine.

I am still here as I write this review. I waiting 3 minutes for someone to appear from the back, she had her phone in her bra strap, she apologized and proceeded to wash her hands immediately after she adjusted her phone, which was in her bra strap while still talking on the phone, then reached for a pin went to the back came back touched a piece of paper and then put her gloves on to make my sandwich if there’s one thing I know about Subway is that you have to wash your hands and then immediately put your gloves on. I’ve worked that one before. Right before she puts her gloves on, she takes the phone out of her bra strap and sits sit on the ledge then continues to make my sandwich very quickly. What is going on with customer service nowadays? Is it just a figment of my imagination? I employ the management to actually watch the video if they even care.

I ordered 2 sandwiches. Asked for extra sauce. I was informed each sandwiches can come with 1 sauce on side. So I asked nicely, let me get 2 more side of sauce and charge me for it. She charged me $2.16 for 2 small containers that are half way full. Come on I don't mind the charge but why half way ! I am paying for it . Wow barely any meet !

The last 2 times I’ve been there, they’re out of something. Turkey, soda machine not working, chips, get it together subway! The service is rad when they actually have items.

This subway has very good service. Yesterday around 7:20 p.m. I noticed a very disrespectful customer threatening a worker. The customer said they weren’t satisfied with their sandwich and the worker politely offered to re make it but said they’d have to wait a bit since they had a line of other customers. The customer started getting loud and started recording the worker saying they were going to report her for bad service. I believe the worker WAS NOT in the wrong and the customer was being really harsh. The worker handled it very well.

This place has got to be losing money.
First of all, as I walk up, there's a sign saying they are hiring at $20 an hour. I'm not sure how they can afford that. But it explains why they only have one person making the sandwiches. The place is clean, and the new guy was super polite and not flustered, so I decided to see this through.
2 girls in front of me ordering. It took him a good 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches for them. He was new, had no support, and was doing his best. There was a little seasoned lady behind him prepping meat but decided to keep doing that rather than help the customers. 5 people came in behind me, and I still haven't ordered. They were waiting so long. 3 walked out. Loss of income there... The new guy was doing a GREAT job as this was his third day.
Best of luck guys. Subway was my first job 35 years ago and I'll always come back. But unfortunately not to this one. I just don't have that kind of time for a sandwich. It took me a good 25 min to get a sandwich.
