While I havent eaten here too many times, the staff seems very unhelpful and seems to make racially motivated decisions.
I came in for an interview and was refused a position due to the laziness of the staff not wanting to train new employees.
Also while having said interview a young black man asked if they were hiring and the lady straight up said no while simultaneously giving me one,
the staff was not only disrespectful but racist and unprofessional I would not recommend you eat at this specific wingstop.

The workers looked overworked and underpaid. I waited for my order and it took so long I had to rush out. Only to get home to find about $20 worth of items missing. I live on the other side of town so I wasn’t driving back. Who ever owns this restaurant needs to check on their employees they are not happy.

Cook was nice and polite but the older Mexican manager was the complete opposite .came to pick up a order pick up was told it would be ready upon arrival but was told to wait 5 min but really waited 25-30 min . The manager did 3 doordash orders in front of me from scratch before even acknowledging me until I asked completely unprofessional. If I have to do your job for you , you shouldn’t be working this simple job reevaluate yourself and good look to you in life . Communication and respect is what get you by in life take that advise and prosper with it . 🚮

This has to be the slowest wingstop in San Diego. There’s only one person in the kitchen and one person at the register, and both move at sloth pace. All we ordered was 2 orders of wings and it took over 45 minutes to get our food, which was supposed to be for dine in and we ended up taking it to go. There were like 3 people behind us that all got their food BEFORE us. The owner of this establishment really needs to hire more staff that have a sense of urgency and higher IQ. Will not be returning to this location.

Placed an order for pickup 45 minutes prior to arriving to the store. Online order confirmation said 5-10 minutes. When I arrived they told me 5-10 minutes (which is never accurate - it’s more like 30) and started to make the order at that time. But the store was empty…I HATE this location, doesn’t matter if you place an order ahead of time or how long before you placed it before arriving - plan to wait atleast 30-45 minutes.

If I could, I would give this place 2.5 stars (and that's putting it nicely)!

I've eaten here several times before and almost always there's some issue: they usually take longer than expected, the cashier is often passive aggressive or makes me repeat my order, forgets sauce or pickles

Recently, on 3/6/2025, I waited 20 minutes just to place my order for a Hawaiian sandwich. Thankfully it took 10 minutes as told. While I was waiting, there was a black lady furious that her wings had feathers. The worker "Ricardo" apologized and offered a new one but she wanted a refund, he replied he can't because assistant manager is on break, and she made it clear she'd be back later. When he finally took my order, he got my name wrong—even though he had taken my order during my last visit and got it right then!

Look, I'm sure this is a nice place to eat, even if you're not a fan of hot/buffalo wings (which I'm not) they got some tasty seasoned fries and some really nice chicken sandwiches to try (like Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Louisiana Rub, Hot Honey Rub), but it's sad you need to bring a LOAD of patience to enjoy eating here.

This place REALLY needs some better management

Why would you bother taking orders for superbowl sunday and be this underprepared, everyone at your location was so rude and took it out on your customers… horrible service all around
