Mediocre location don’t give website deals in person
I use to like coming here. I still do only because I live in lemon grove and it’s convenient. But everytime I come here there’s always issues with my order. First couple times, it’s fine. But everytime, doesn’t make sense. They seem so unorganized. And the cashiers working the front should never say “what do you want?”

I went here on December 16 at 5:30 PM For my lunch break, I was only taking a 30 minute lunch from my work which is only like 200 yards away I placed my order on the Wingstop app by the time. I got my food and started walking back to my work. I only had two minutes left on my lunch break of a 30 minute lunch. I called back the next day to speak to a manager. it’s like they did not even give two craps. I called back yesterday on the 18th to speak to a manager another manager. It’s like she did not even care that I had a bad experience. She said she will forward my information to the general manager, and they would get back to me that has yet to happen. I would not go here that was only my second time at the Wingstop and that’s my last time ever at a Wingstop I may go to other Wingstop, but I won’t go to the Lemon Grove Wingstop anymore. and it’s like the employees at the Lemon Grove Wingstop don’t care if you’re on your 30 minute lunch they take their sweet time when they’re not busy

Dear Wingstop General Manager,
I am writing to let you know about a disappointing visit to your store on Sunday 11/16/25 evening. The location was very busy — the dining area was full and there were six people waiting at the front door — yet only two employees were working. That staffing level felt unacceptable for a weekend crowd.
Service was slow and uncoordinated. One employee worked at a very slow pace, almost as if still in training, and did not acknowledge the group waiting at the entrance. He spent a long time putting fries into bags while customers stood waiting with no updates. Overall the experience suggested the store needed more team members on duty to handle the volume.
On weekends, please consider scheduling at least four people during peak hours to reduce wait times and improve customer service. A brief greeting to waiting guests and quicker coordination at the assembly line would make a big difference.
I hope you will address this so future visits match the quality customers expect from Wingstop. Thank you for your attention.

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I came into this Wingstop because I saw through the app they had a 20pc boneless deal for $18.99, when I went to order I saw the advertisement for the 15 pc boneless deal so I decided to get that one instead. I was confused to how my total for my transaction was $31.85. When I asked the older mexican woman who claimed to be the manager why the 20pc deal was cheaper than the 15 pc deal all she replied was there was taxes which doesn’t even make sense. Even without the taxes a 15pc should not be $29.29 while a 20pc is $18.99, so I asked her if I could just get the order refunded because I was not expecting it to be that much. She told me she could not issue me a refund which is completely not even true- I work in good customer service as well so I know this business and I know she was not being truthful about “not being able to give me a refund” So then I asked her if I could just get store credit and go somewhere else. She told me no as well completely not even solving my issue, this is literally your job. She told me I can leave and come back another day and told the workers to throw my food away. I told her I will not be coming back to this location as I am not from here and I am touring. I asked her for the corporate number or an area manager number to contact about this situation and she refused again. So I can’t get a refund, I can’t get store credit and I can’t even get the corporate/ area manager’s number? What type of customer service even is this so unwilling to solve this situation. I then told her to just give me the food if I can’t get refunded or anything else and she told me she already threw it away and was so persistent upon this fact until she was finally willing to make my order again. Again I am not a complainer of any sort and I am a completely understanding person for Christ’s sake I work in this industry like YOU and you are so unwilling to solve my issues over a simple refund. And get this- while I was waiting for her to redo my whole order she then goes on the phone and talks so loudly about me and the situation which is honestly so UNPROFESSIONAL. She even made a snarky remark to me saying “Am I questioning her qualifications” when all I wanted was a refund or store credit OR CORPORATES NUMBER!! This woman should not be a manager. Even a woman behind me stood up for me and showed me the corporate number and that she shouldn’t be refusing to give out refunds. I have contacted corporate about this situation and I hope there will be consequences to this situation. I believe her name was Marissa as said on the recipet. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !

A younger boy abandoned the older lady while the whole Wingstop was crowded with customers and DoorDash pickups. A jerk wants to stroll in with a smile on his face, put on a belt!!! I waited an hour for my food and only got to enjoy it for 15 minutes. If you're the owner and you're seeing this, please make some changes. It's NFL Sunday and you have essentially one employee working the entire time? LOL!!! 0/10, I will never return to this location. Also, where is the trash can in this store??? I had to sneak behind the counter to throw my trash away. Ridiculous.

These guys suck always something with them.They either get my order wrong or way to late.This time , I called over the phone and they said they could not take orders for more than thirty wings. After that, I called 2 different places around and then he said they can Take an order for as many wings. I need . I only needed 2 meal packs with 20 Pieces each. Come on guys You couldn't handle that???

They don't cook the chicken like they use too. The skin is very soft. The chicken is under seasoned. It would be nice if they went back to doing the way they use too.
