First time dining at this place. Nice, quiet and quaint place in Lemon Grove! Inside has limited seating but the patio is perfect for spring and summer for wine and charcuterie nights. Food was amazing! We had the steak, lamb chops and chicken Parmesan. For wine try Quest Cabernet. We were served by the owner himself and very knowledgeable when it comes to wine! We will be back!
This is such a friendly, charming, and intimate place to go with friends. The entrees (short ribs and salmon a la vodka) were delicious as were the roasted pear salad and meatballs & marinara appetizers. We appreciated the knowledge and suggestions given for their vast wine collection. Service was efficient and we enjoyed the interaction with the staff. A real gem for Lemon Grove!
My partner and I visited this wine bar for a romantic date night, and it exceeded our expectations. The service was attentive, and the wine recommendations were spot-on. While the wine quality was excellent, I felt the prices were a bit on the higher side. However, the cozy ambiance and the overall experience made it worth it. It's a perfect place for a special evening.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Zest. The cozy vibe, outstanding wine selection, and Heather’s exceptional service made the night unforgettable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations.
We loved it so much that we joined their wine club and are proud to say we’re loyal customers now. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot with amazing wine and top-notch service, Zest is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

We stumbled upon this charming spot, a few years back and have made it a point to return at least once a year, if not more. We really enjoy this delightful place!
We recently had my husbands birthday dinner on the patio here, it was perfect for a group event! They were so nice and let me come in the morning to decorate the tables and put up balloons.
We had about 20 people and I chose charcuterie boards, flatbreads and had lots of wine.
Parking in the back made it easy for everyone.
If you're celebrating something and want a private patio outdoor area or event space, I highly recommend checking out this place!

Nice outdoor patio seating. We enjoyed the menu served for restaurant week and it was nice to try their wine flights.

Great place with extensive wine options at reasonable price point, and amazing staff. Cute place with great food! Love the staff, everyone is attentive, friendly, and even when busy they are so accomodating. Food is great and they have specials from 4-5pm every day! Wine list is so long, and they offer a great deal if you want to try a flight. Sommelier is excellent at recommending things. Only one restroom, unisex/shared so don't wait till the last second! Parking in back, two spots in front and on street.

Love this place- staff are very friendly. I love the wines they choose for their red flight. Generous pours and the food from next door is great. Highly recommend for date night or a night out with friends.
I've been here several times already since I was introduced to it during restaurant week. The food is consistently great, they've just lost their chef though and are instead temporarily offering select items from the sister restaurant next door. The wine selection is broad and interesting and the service is impeccable! Temporary happy hour menu attached.Side note: I often stop by with a friend who has dietary restrictions and they are always very gracious and accommodating.

Outstanding food and wine, wonderful ambiance, and - my favorite - wonderful descriptions of what all the wines are, their origins and what makes each special. As much or as little information as you rerquest. For me, that makes the experience all the better!
