I ordered a strawberry lemonade for my 2 year old and when I asked if I could get a straw for her drink she told me should no that she could only give me the one for the Frappuccino, so I had a screaming toddler on the way home crying for her drink.

I usually go out in town to for my Starbucks, because every single time I come here it’s an issue. Today Alexia gave me attitude about my order, I told her it’s supposed to have extra caramel and her reply was “it does you can just barley see it” I order the same drink every single time and if anyone ever forgets the caramel they usually just fix it, apology and move on… might want to also reconsider your attitude and approach for a future customer. Meanwhile I’ll continue to go to town for my orders.

Place can be a real hit or miss. Usually they are on point and the drinks are good but here recently I've been having more and more issues with the quality of drinks or the servers. The server can either be really nice and helpful or the complete opposite where it seems like your bothering them. My most recent visit I waited 10 min I'm the front because all of the workers were on the back talking. The only reason one even came out is because she saw me through the glass eventually. It's what you would expect from a base Starbucks.

Despite ordering a hot chocolate they keep giving me a mocha. ? Coffee taste extremely bitter to me and it's annoying everytime to get past the foam and be overwhelmed with bitterness when it's suppose to be sweet. Go to the Starbucks in town.

More often than not this location has been lacking in customer service lately. Last week when they forgot my whipped cream the barista simply took off the flat lid sprayed some whipped cream and then put the same lid back on flooding the lid and cup itself with coffee making a mess even though they weren't out of the domed lids. Today I'd received a coffee, different barista and about 2/3rds of the way through my drink I got a hair in my mouth through the straw. I tried calling just to give them a heads up, but the phone goes straight to voicemail and the inbox is full.

The place is overrated, plus it's expensive. There are many other alternatives like Coffee Kiosk that gets what you need. However it's still a good Coffee Shop if you don't have many options around your area.

This is by far the worst starbucks that i've ever been to and it's not because of the staff. the staff is absolutely amazing, but this store is ALWAYS and CONSTANTLY sold out of literally everything. Any seasonal drink? can't get it after the first week. want breakfast? nope. here's a cake pop. someone needs to fix their ordering scheme for this store because it's absurdly bad.

I watched the employee taking my order send texts as I was telling her what drink I wanted I could literally see that she was having a full blown conversation as she took my order and after she finished sending the text I finished ordering and she asked me to repeat my order again obviously since she was busy texting and then went on to say they don’t make it when I’ve had it made there before many times she had horrible attitude while looking for the drink and finishing my order
