Place can be a real hit or miss. Usually they are on point and the drinks are good but here recently I've been having more and more issues with the quality of drinks or the servers. The server can either be really nice and helpful or the complete opposite where it seems like your bothering them. My most recent visit I waited 10 min I'm the front because all of the workers were on the back talking. The place is overrated, plus it's expensive. There are many other alternatives like Coffee Kiosk that gets what you need. However it's still a good Coffee Shop if you don't have many options around your area.

I usually go out in town to for my Starbucks, because every single time I come here it’s an issue. Today Alexia gave me attitude about my order, I told her it’s supposed to have extra caramel and her reply was “it does you can just barley see it” I order the same drink every single time and if anyone ever forgets the caramel they usually just fix it, apology and move on… might want to also reconsider your attitude and approach for a future customer.
