Super good! Prices were good. Portions were big. Flavors were on point. You could tell, from the texture of it, the raw shrimp was really fresh.
Thought it was really creative that one of the salsas was chilli oil. Paired well with the ceviche and chips. Would of never thought of that. Really cool.
Also everybody was super nice too!

My co-worker picked me up some shrimp tacos and gobernador. Both are big full of shrimp. It's very tasty and yummy! I've lived in Lennox all my life, and I never ventured to the trucks on Hawthorne. Highly recommend.

When it comes to ceviche, I can be a bit picky. Ceviches el Miguelito can give me what I want regardless of my pickiness. I'm also kind of basic when it comes to ceviche. I only go for shrimp ceviche. I'm not a fan of ceviche with a mix of the sea. Also, the shrimp has to be red, I can't deal with the raw shrimp. I know I know, I'm crazy haha. I'm aware I'm not eating it the traditional way. This is why I love coming to Ceviches el Miguelito, they make it how I want it. I usually get their mango shrimp ceviche which is sweet and savory. It's so yummy! Everything is cut up perfectly. It comes with chips and this spicy green sauce. Yum!Even though they do not have a storefront, you can always catch their truck in Hawthorne on Hawthorne Blvd right by the 105 freeway. You can call your order in and they'll have it ready in no time! They also offer large trays. Check it out!
