I’ve been coming to B&B for years, and the owners never fail to amaze me. It’s not just the seasonal drinks or pastries (which are always incredible), but the way every detail is thought out, from the fresh-baked pastries made by the family each morning to the changing decorations that make every season feel special. You can tell the people behind this place pour their hearts and souls into everything they do. The coffee is fantastic, the boba is a hit with the kids, and honestly, everything we’ve ever tried has been amazing. This place truly deserves way more recognition!

I went in this afternoon to grab an iced Americano while I waited for my son to get out of school. I asked for a tiny splash of cream and they want to charge $.85. I find that too much for a tiny splash so the kid grabbed his manager to ask if there was another option. The manager said that he could as a “one time” give me the cream, but I wasn’t trying to get free cream, I just didn’t need 2 ounces. The “one time” comment really threw me for a loop though- I felt like he didn’t want a true regular customer. We just moved here and I would rather support a local business 100% over Starbucks, but with that way of acting I’ll just get my free splash of cream across the street. Clearly, this business caters to the kids with mom and dad’s credit cards who don’t even worry about price and value. Sad, because their boba really is great. Hopefully the owners or management read these last few 1 star reviews and make some changes.

This was my first time going in, I have heard a lot of good things about this place but it is nothing as it seems. I had an interaction with one of the cashiers that was horrible. A girl with black hair was extremely rude, pure attitude. The service was painfully slow, and instead of apologizing, they rolled their eyes and acted annoyed. They are always hiring and yet still have slow employees that seem to hate their life. I ordered a coffee and it tasted burnt and watery at the same time?? I also saw them drop lids on the floor and pick them back up and put them on a different customers drink… ew. The owner is extremely defensive about any constructive criticism..

First timer, I ordered a milk tea taro and drink was phenomenal but unfortunately I had half a cup of ice which is maybe how the business operates, no idea.

This place is a must visit if you’re in the Rocklin/Lincoln area. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Everyone that works there is super friendly and inviting. The service was great and so were the drinks; probably one of the best places for coffee and boba. What really sets this place apart from the rest is the bakery section. Every pastry is homemade and fresh each time I get one. I also enjoy seeing all the unique seasonal treats that come around. Highly recommend this place.

I don’t take writing reviews like this lightly, but I feel compelled to speak on what happened.
During my visit to b&b on 9/17/25 I was subjected to what can only be described as blatant racial discrimination!!. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold stares, dismissive attitudes, and unspoken hostility.. none of which were shown to the white customers before or after me. I was spoken to rudely, ignored at the counter, and treated as if I didn’t belong. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the woman with black hair (her hair was up) responded with sarcasm and irritation, yet greeted the next customer (a while woman) with a smile. The contrast was undeniable! I watched as others were asked how their day was, or given casual friendly service…I received none of that. I felt that my presence was a problem… don’t go here.

This is my go-to place for a sweet treat, literally can’t beat their coffee and pastries. Love the atmosphere and the boba is perfect. 10/10

Dasha, the woman with the accent, is by far the WORST manager I have ever encountered. She runs this place into the ground and treats people like garbage. I sat there waiting for my drinks and watched her openly disrespect and belittle her own employees — it was actually disgusting to witness. She is rude, unprofessional, and clearly has no idea how to manage a business or treat human beings. DO NOT even think about working here — unless you want to be treated like trash and miserable every single day. With someone like Dasha in charge, this place is doomed and honestly deserves to fail.

Delightful family run local business. Perfect spot to sit with a cup of tea and a book. Had the apple turnover, which was delicious and still warm from the morning baking (easy way to know it is truly homemade!). Definitely a good place to frequent.

Teas are an easy 10 but service not so great.
Maybe I came toward the end of the day and the ladies making the teas wanted to leave?
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully next time they do give me the right order and make me feel like they do want customers to come back.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve tried many of their different drinks and I’ve never been disappointed. The taro milk tea is my favorite and I cannot get it anywhere else like they make it here. So yummy!!!
