Amazing omakase experience. The staff were perfect and the food incredible. The dishes were skillfully put together, flavors were perfect and quality of ingredients was top notch. Drinks were delicious as well. Highly recommend for a fancy night out.
Very interesting take on Japanese cuisine with a Mexican twist, or Mexican cuisine with a Japanese twist, however one takes it. The omakase was definitely a surprise. The tostada with Chilean crab, yuzu-based sauce, edamame, and a homemade relish was my favorite among the 6 dishes. The last dish (octopus tentacle in bean-based sauce with jalapenos) was a great finish. That octopus has got to be the most tender I've tried.
An amazing gastronomic journey right here in Lincoln! Everything was delicious from the craft cocktails to the last bite. Each dish was bursting with unique flavors. Personalized service with no detail overlooked. We will definitely return for our next special occasion.
