Today was lunch and a go at the $2 Oyster Monday special which did not disappoint with a dozen Washington oysters. Chef dazzled us with several other delicacy's including famous Tuna Tostada, broiled oysters with Miso butter and the Barbacoa Soba bowl! To top it off we were fortunate to have the lovely Sake Sommelier on hand to recommend a few of the best Sake's we have had. We had a amazing experience at the restaurant. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We had the Omakase multi-course meal and sake pairing. It was a very unique and delicious meal made from locally sourced ingredients. The sake paired well with each of the six courses. Very happy with our experience and looking forward to returning in the future.
