Convenient location near other shopping. Nice staff here. The person on the register was in a pleasant conversation with an elderly regular who was happy to chat. There is outside seating which is shaded by the building most of the day. Inside there is some seating and clean restrooms. Most of the interior is open space to accommodate more take out customers that come in for their goods. The iced green tea was most welcome on this warm day.

Went in and was greet by one of the baristas named Marie. She had a big smile and asked about my day and how it was going. She was super sweet and caring and made my visit feel important.Very pleased with the service and my coffee was amazing!
