I love the burger with barbecue sauce and onion rings as well as chicken strips and fries with a soda. Very feeling and hits the spot. Used to grab it on the way to work, much on the burger and some fries, then I’d have a drink throughout the day and some tenders and the rest of the fries for lunch. Great deal.
Don’t let its odd gas station location fool you, DJ’s makes a good burger and fries. I walked in DJs just a bit before lunch time and the only people in there were 4 firefighters. When I see first responders in a restaurant the food tends to be pretty good. The cheese burger was good. Not the best ever, but solid for the price. The fries were exceptional. Piping hot and well seasoned. The dining area is classic dumpy burger joint chic. They have a pretty diverse menu...
Just ordered the red wet burrito plate. It was great! Lots of food for $12.99. My brother ordered the pastrami sandwich and said it was really good and his wife really liked the cheeseburger. Awesome service too! I'll definitely be back.
