It was late so I was hungry and decided not to wait till home, so i stop by McDonald's 🤦♂️ i wanted a Filet-O-Fish well done. I waited 15mins at front, the fries 🍟 were cold and the sandwich not crispy and hard to chew 😫 sorry but next time I'll wait till I get home. And I think my hand grew or the Sandwich got smaller! Never again. Thanks.

I ordered through the drive-thru first they started to sound rude when I was ordering then they messed up my order twice and before I was about to leave they forget my something in my order I wasn't the only one too and then they have the audacity to give me attitude for no reason like your the one who messed up my order you need to take accountability for your actions

I’m giving this place a 5/5. We are just passing through headed back home from being with family for the holidays and we stoped to get some breakfast. Every single employee we interacted with was super friendly! The McDonald’s where we live could never 😂 give these folks a raise!

Corporate needs to investigate this location. The management running this mcdonalds is harming the brand. Extremely slow service, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Reoccurring problems with the mcdonalds apps for this location. Instead of helping to resolve issues, management refuses to help and leaves customers to figure things out. Whether understaffed or poorly managed, this mcdonalds is one location you should avoid at all costs

Horrible experience DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If I can rate this place a BIG ZERO I would. First off NO FREE REFILL, NO KETCHUP, NO NAPKINS, NO GRINCHMAS MEALS and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are not fully stocked, and they should have better service since they are near a hwy. I am defenetly telling everyone I know not to go to this location. ZERO STARS DISAPOINTED.
I came here to get my food and everything was pretty much good I got my food and I walked back to my car and the fries were stale and they were cold as if they gave me some else fries that they didn't want and they just sat there and they gave them to me when I ordered .

Apparently McDonald's put in these order kiosks so that their employees could ignore customers, after waiting for over 15 minutes after placing my order at the kiosks, an employee finally asked if I needed something, which I said yes I need to pay please. I paid then went to what I guess you call a bathroom more like a haunted house to wash my hands I walked into one of the most disgusting restrooms I've been in. Scared to even wash my hands I reluctantly entered & was hit with a smell i can only describe as 2 skunks making love i exited only to wait another 15 minutes for my food, which wasn't even warm, made no sense it wasn't like they had it out to me in a couple of minutes, so my advice avoid this place unless your looking for food poisoning or a staff infection.
