As a client for this Restaurant for many years I did not had a complaint until now. I recomended to my Family and most of them have come to this Restaurant to buy. Today my sisters went to buy a meal and they had the worst experience with the owners Service he this not know how vive Service to their clients. I felt so emberrace to recomend this place where the owner José of the this place gave the bad experiencia and bad example to their workers. I won’t recomend this place again. My sisters did not gave him no reson to act like that with them.

I just ordered and I told the girl with the black hair I wanted the family combo and horchata all 4 then she hands me cokes and when I tell them she acts all confused like I didn't say horchata and proceeds to make a foochi face with attitude and the other girl too with the uneven brown eyebrows they both looked at me with ugly foochi faces and then I found out they spit in my drinks I wouldn't recommend going their

I've had previous issues with them charging different percentages if I used my card. So this time I paid with cash thinking everything will be fine. No, obviously the staff do not know how to calculate because when she gave me my change back, she shorted me some change. So I brought it up to another staff member and she gave me the difference back. The 1st staff member that took my order and shorted me handed me my food, I said thank you politely. She just gave me a look and just closed the window. She didn't say anything. Poor customer service.
