moved to jh last year so we had to go searching for some good tacos! Tried about all of them in littlrock and I gotta say... they make the tripas just the way I like them! Nice and crispy never disappoint!
I'm guessing it's not a very busy place. So we ordered tacos, they were served like street tacos with meat only. Any onion, cilantro, sauce, etc was self serve from a cart right by the counter. It all seemed pretty fresh.I also ordered a plain cheese Quesadilla, it was pretty good.So the food is good.The 3 star is because the place wasn't very well cleaned. Paper towels in the bathroom trash was overflowing all over the ground. Sink was dirty. It's not like they were so busy that it got neglected.My take is the young lady there is a pretty good cook, and the rest of the staff are just lazy. When the young man brought out our tacos, he didn't even offer our tell is that condiments at the bar, just set down the plates. Too bad because I really enjoyed the tacos. They had fresh chopped habenero peppers. Really good and spicy.
