I went in today. I was having a little difficulty with purchasing online The workers were very sweet and able to help me they even allowed me to use the coupon even though it was not working. The pizza is phenomenal Definitely the best pizza i've ever tried they are not cheap with the ingredients like lots of other places

I’m not one to usually write or post reviews however, I dined at the Pizza Factory in Live Oak for dinner this evening and was pleasantly surprised with our overall experience. This is how I remember dining service about 15 years ago! Nothing fancy or over the top, just a nice casual large open pizzeria. The pizza, atmosphere and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to dine out, that you consider this lovely pizza restaurant. Very friendly and courteous employees who seam happy to work in their environment. Overhearing orders being taken over the phone sounded like a great experience as well. We were checked in on while dining in a very pleasant manner. We were brought extra plates without the need to ask, just because they know they are sometimes needed. What a pleasant experience; so nice to NOT hear grumpy employees talking under their breath or being rude to customers, or just standing around - just good ol’ fashioned customer service. I will dine here again.

Been going here for 15 years and by far they have the best pizza in the world! I have had all my birthday parties growing up here and my daughter is now having her parties here. Amanda and her team are all amazing people and will do anything in their power to make your experience the best possible! This is a staple in my diet and I believe it what makes me strong 💪🏽

I saw this all play out as well from that Surena Sahota character, the guy who left a one-star review and called the manager a racist—just because someone finally got tired of his child screaming at full volume. I was there picking up a pizza, and it was unbelievable how long he let his 2-year-old yell non-stop, completely ignoring how disruptive it was for everyone around.
Instead of handling the situation like a responsible parent, he decided to escalate it, getting in the manager’s face and making a scene. Then, to top it all off, he left a completely unfair review, not because of bad service or food, but simply because someone had the nerve to acknowledge the chaos he refused to manage.
If your child is having a rough time, that’s understandable—it happens. But blaming others instead of taking responsibility for your own situation is just plain wrong.

If I could give pizza factory zero stars I would. I bought 6 pizzas over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and 3 of them the crust was all burnt. My guest could not even eat them as they were disgusting. Pizza factory please do better with your food.

this passed weekend me and my family purchased plenty of food from pizza factory and sadly it was very burnt from the bottom and the the bread was super thin. The quality of the food has definitely gone down over the years. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely do not recommend.

Best pizza in the north state. Bob the owner is super friendly and loves his community. His lovely wife is sweet and makes great recommendations for parties and gifts. They have a couple of HOT daughters that run the place now. I've had most of their menu and literally everything they serve is amazing.
Kid-friendliness: This place is perfect for kids. They serve pizza and soda. They have a party room AND video games. Most importantly, they also serve cold beer for tired parents who need a little break while Jr plays the video game.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have several ramps with good traction, and I swear they're so nice they would bring your food out to your vehicle or physically help you get inside with a smile.
