Absolutely loved this place! The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly—made us feel right at home. The pizza was soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the chicken sandwich, and it was surprisingly good—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor.
They have a nice salad bar with fresh options, which is a great bonus. If you’re planning a get-together, there’s even a private room available for parties or events. Plus, parking is a breeze—plenty of spots available.

I went in today. I was having a little difficulty with purchasing online The workers were very sweet and able to help me they even allowed me to use the coupon even though it was not working. The pizza is phenomenal Definitely the best pizza i've ever tried they are not cheap with the ingredients like lots of other places

I’m not one to usually write or post reviews however, I dined at the Pizza Factory in Live Oak for dinner this evening and was pleasantly surprised with our overall experience. This is how I remember dining service about 15 years ago! Nothing fancy or over the top, just a nice casual large open pizzeria. The pizza, atmosphere and customer service was excellent! I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to dine out, that you consider this lovely pizza restaurant. Very friendly and courteous employees who seam happy to work in their environment. Overhearing orders being taken over the phone sounded like a great experience as well. We were checked in on while dining in a very pleasant manner. We were brought extra plates without the need to ask, just because they know they are sometimes needed. What a pleasant experience; so nice to NOT hear grumpy employees talking under their breath or being rude to customers, or just standing around - just good ol’ fashioned customer service. I will dine here again.

Been going here for 15 years and by far they have the best pizza in the world! I have had all my birthday parties growing up here and my daughter is now having her parties here. Amanda and her team are all amazing people and will do anything in their power to make your experience the best possible! This is a staple in my diet and I believe it what makes me strong 💪🏽
