I will start with what I did like about the restaurant. One of the hosts was very friendly and made us feel welcome and also gave recommendations on what was tasty to eat, you should promote her to a server .The inside is very cute .My advice would be to check on your tables a few minutes after you drop the food off to see if everything was okay or if someone needs to add something else.I only saw our server when she took our order and dropped the food off , I really needed some...read full review
Went to our local waffle shop to try something different. We enjoyed the chicken fried steak and I got a California omelette. They were busy so service was kind of hit or miss. But overall I would definitely visit again. One of only a couple restaurants that live oak has.

We had such a nice brunch at The Waffle Shop! Me and my family love the yummy food, friendly atmosphere and great wait staff! Honestly this place is hands down my favorite! Highly recommend to anyone! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: Great portions for kids
