For years, they've been charging too much for old meat, spoiled cheese, and wilted week-old veggies. Now they have a big metal obstruction behind the glass so you can't see them make your sandwich. I'm not saying that they put it there so they could serve expired or low quality ingredients, but if I wanted to serve ugly expired food, that's how I would do it.
Live Oak has very limited public restrooms, the one by the park was closed. This subway was super close/looked nice and I really needed to relieve myself. Was refused by employee. I asked nicely a second time. She said manager would be upset… I understand if homeless people were an issue. This place is not the vibe..

Never have I been treated like such a criminal. I frequent this place All of the time while doing laundry nextdoor. I had to use the bathroom real bad and tried to walk to it first and was thrown out of the store even 😭 though I told her I come there all the time. How embarrassing. I'll never go back

Try to order 2 hot pastrami sandwiches and they only had enough for one. So the girl went to the freezer and pulled out a block of meat and proceeded to zap it in the microwave for 5 minutes. WTH I said never mind I will only take one. The owner came from the back and started to just stand behind the counter looking at me like i did something wrong. I watched them scrape what meat they put on the second sandwich and put it back in the container and did the same with the cheese and put the bread back on the rack! I paid $14.26 for one of the worst sandwiches ever. Do better

Place was clean but the service was bad. The greens weren't fresh. And the sandwiches wer made very sloppy. Don't think I'll be going back to that subway and don't think I would recommend any one go there as well.

Very friendly staff. Kept very clean and tidy inside as well. Despite living in yuba city, I make the drive to this location specifically because they never mess up my sandwich. I will continue getting my spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese from here forever.
