The man who served me didn't even listen to my order. I asked for black Forrest ham with red onions, lettuce, and Mayo. He decides to put pepperoni, some spicy stuff and he forgot the onions. And to top it all off, he picked up the phone and very angrily told the person on the other line "Hold on okay?" And then again when I was paying he shook his head to show his annoyance. This is worst case of professionalism that I've seen in a long time.

Try to order 2 hot pastrami sandwiches and they only had enough for one. So the girl went to the freezer and pulled out a block of meat and proceeded to zap it in the microwave for 5 minutes. WTH I said never mind I will only take one. The owner came from the back and started to just stand behind the counter looking at me like i did something wrong. I watched them scrape what meat they put on the second sandwich and put it back in the container and did the same with the cheese and put the bread back on the rack! I paid $14.26 for one of the worst sandwiches ever. Do better

Zero stars. The young man making my sandwich moved so slow he was going backwards. His long hair should have had a net on it. His appearance was not professional as he had several massive hickies on his neck. He was friendly enough and made a good sandwich. Appearance in a business is important as well as speed.

Place was clean but the service was bad. The greens weren't fresh. And the sandwiches wer made very sloppy. Don't think I'll be going back to that subway and don't think I would recommend any one go there as well.

Very friendly staff. Kept very clean and tidy inside as well. Despite living in yuba city, I make the drive to this location specifically because they never mess up my sandwich. I will continue getting my spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese from here forever.

I actually worked at this location (the one in Live Oak, CA). It was very brief, but I do have a very disturbing story to tell. Once when I dropped a plastic knife, I tried to throw it away and get a new one, the manager told me to just rinse it off).This was a few years ago, but I haven't eaten at a Subway since. I truly hope that same guy isn't still working there, that's as clear health code violation. I never reported it as I was young and didn't know how to at the time, and I'm pretty sure it's too late. Just be careful, you never know when you eat at a place like this.
