Clean space. Standard yogurt flavors with various options for toppings. No sampling though. We got the plain and blackberry and they were both tasty as expected.

1st Treat Yogurt is the best! They have great flavors and toppings, friendly staff, and the place is always clean. We reserved the back room for my daughter's birthday party last minute due to rain in the forecast. The manager, Raquel, was very responsive and friendly and we were able to solidify plans in about a day. We were able to bring appetizers, our own birthday decorations, and crafts for the kids. Everyone had so much fun! We will definitely book more kid parties there in the future!

I just had some frozen yogurt from 1st Treat Yogurt shop and it was so creamy and tasty! I mixed Strawberry and Butter Pecan and it was so delicious together! I felt like I was eating rich ice cream but it was healthy soft yogurt!! I will be back for more!!

I frequently come in to 1st street yogurt and had a unpleasant experience today. Yesterday I had gone into 1st street with the child I babysit , and as we put our yogurts up to weigh them, mine accidentally fell off the scale and maybe 3 strawberry slices and a few coconut flakes fell out. Not my whole entire yogurt .. The cashier / only employee working , her name is Hannah, was Extremely rude about it and made the whole experience feel off. She huffed and puffed as if her job isn't customer service ? Very embarrassing. I work customer service myself and would never act the way she did. Hannah rolled her eyes Multiple times and was visibly bothered by the fact that I Accidentally dropped my yogurt. I then asked for her name and she was then again extremely rude about giving her name. Be better or don't work in customer service !! I will still be coming in to first street as the children I babysit love it there , but I would appreciate it if the owner taught her employees that a part of customer service is actually tending to the customers , lol!! 2/5 starts for terrible customer service

Nothing wrong with the yoghurt or add ins however I can’t go back because $17 for two small size buckets filled 2/3 full for my grand kids is a total budget buster! We use to get a really good quality ice cream cone for about $2 each at Rite Aid off Vasco then the store closed. I have 5 grandkids - ice creams will be at home for sure now.

They always have chocolate or vanilla but every time they change some of the flavors which is great because it creates a fresh new flavor to try every time, .my favorite is personally the cookies and cream however all the the flavors are equally as delicious and enticing.

I have been to this location a couple times and it's nothing short of perfection. I have a soft spot for froyo and the cookies and cream with hot fudge with Oreos on top is heaven in a cup. Also probably a ton of calories but hey it was worth every bite. They had a lot of toppings to choose from as well if you prefer other candies and such and the staff was attentive and friendly and we were in and out of the place in like 2 minutes. Definitely recommend after having a nice dinner in downtown Livermore!

I’m giving one star. The yogurt is good. The toppings are the toppings. The people were nice. The one star is asking to tip on a creation I made. No offense to the cashier, but you literally pushed one single button yet the business has the audacity to have a 25% tip as an option? This seriously needs to stop and from now on I’m giving all self-serve businesses one star that do this.

This is my favorite yogurt place in Livermore (limited options but still). We came in 10 mins to close and they just stared at us... after we filled our yogurt we went to the topping bar. The girl said we couldn't get fresh toppings (strawberries, boba, brownie, etc.) because they already took out the spoons to wash them? I asked if we could use plastic spoons and we were told we aren't able to unless we only wanted one topping. The hot fudge, marshmallow, caramel and everything was already put away. Froyo is all about the toppings! I get you close soon but why put everything away before the posted closing time? We paid for what we got and started to walk out and they turned the lights off?? So weird. We love to come to our local froyo shop but Menchies it is from now on! Much better customer service.
