This is honestly difficult to write… I love this brewery. I am rarely out that way , but every time I am, I make sure to stop by Altamont. The poor review is for selling IPAs canned back in early January. Granted it’s my fault for not looking at dates before purchasing. But at a place like this I just expected freshly canned beers. After spending $130 on cans I am forced to throw them out as they are far from fresh. Lesson learned I guess. I will probably not be returning to the brewery any time soon though

I really like their dark beers, especially their coffee stouts. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. They have a wide variety of othere bees as well enabling them to satisfy most any taste in beer. Definitely worth the trip.

Excellent selection of craft beers on-tap in a large setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Live music when the weather permits and a food truck in the parking lot. Four-packs to go and a nice selection of shirts. Many large screen TV's for watching sports and large tables for bigger parties. Definitely great beer for a variety of palates.

Went with the wife for a date night. Ambiance is cool, merchandise they offer is way cool, food truck “Fijian BBQ” outside was delicious, but the bar staff kinda sucked. One person was friendly, but the other two seemed bothered to help. Especially, when contrasted against their behavior with what seemed like friends at the other end of the bar. Not a pleasant overall experience, we will not be going again.

Love this place. Beer is always amazing and the atmosphere inside makes everything so enjoyable. They were sold out of their west coast collab with Ghost Town which was a bummer. I was able to try it at a different tap house and was honestly a top 5 best IPA I've ever had. Wish I could find it in Phoenix where I live.

This place is very IPA heavy, but the beers are good, the facility is clean and spacious, and they typically have a food truck on site on the weekends. There is typically plenty of street parking, and the outside isn't much to look at, but this brewery is conveniently located within walking distance of a lot of homes, so my husband and I will stop in after an evening stroll just for fun. Dogs are allowed inside if they are well behaved and on a leash. Staff was friendly!

This place is awesome. The staff behind the bar top are cool, knowledgeable, and helpful. They actually know the beers they serve. It’s refreshing having beer Clear Again lol. My family and I moved to Reno NV recently so when I ordered a coupe Altamont A’s hats they shipped them to me no questions asked. Really awesome. Those are the most bada$$ hats any brewery have ever made. Keep it up guys!
