Always enjoy our shopping trip to the outlets with a quick bite at Auntie Anne's. Staff is always nice and courteous. Store is always organized. Service is always fast.

Time & Date: Sunday, 5/30/21 @ 2pm Visit: Walk In Payment: Card Items: Almond Pretzel + Cinnamon Sugar Bites ALMOND PRETZEL -- $4.69 Waited about 5 minutes for the new batch of almond pretzels, and it was toasty hot! Lowkey burned my hands holding it lol but it was so worth it because it tasted 10x better fresh. This is my go-to order because I love the glazed almond bits & uber soft pretzel. Cinnamon Sugar Nuggets -- $6.49 This cup was ginormous, as the nuggets filled a large sized cup. It was a bit soggy this time, probably from the heat of the nuggets all jam packed into a talk narrow cup. Perfect amount of cinnamon sugar & pillowy soft pretzel bites!

For some reason I thought this shop was close to the North Face and Columbia store but it's not. It is way on the other side of the mall past Ghirardelli so I parked on the wrong side and had to walk a ways but not a problem. I enjoyed walking through the outlet seeing all the stores. The service counter person working there today was really great. He was very polite and friendly. 5 stars to him and the person that hired him and to his parents for raising such a nice kid. The pretzel itself was ok. It had a little bit of a bleach/cleaning smell to it. I saw another person there cleaning up and I think her cleaning fluid was permeating the pretzels. The pretzel also probably was not fresh out of the oven. I've had it fresh out of the oven and the taste is way better. Overall though, I still support Auntie Anne's. They have good deals on occassion and the service is nice and when the pretzel is fresh, it's really good.

This location is trash! The customer service is horrendous and the pretzels were not cooked well. In fact my pretzel was burnt on the bottom too hungry and too far to go back to get a refund. The "manager" Jasmine does not deserve the position. Not helpful and very rude after I drove 30 minutes to the store the second time in 3 days because I dearly miss Auntie Annie since all locations near me are closed because of the pandemic. Not to mention they have been sending non-stop emails about their new peach lemonade with whip cream. I come in today and Jasmine says they don't have the drink! which I found absolutely ABSURD. The first time I came on Sunday they had a paper in the window that said closes 7pm everyday and Google said the same. I got to the store around 6:45pm and the lights were off, shelves cleared but the door was still open and a worker was there. She ignored my calling into the store before entering to ask if they were closed so I walked in she then says they closed at 6pm. I told her they need to change the temporary hours sign in the window. When I came in today Jasmine says they did reprint on Sunday which further proves my point. Don't waste your gas or money here.

Was just in this location this past weekend. While the outlet stores were busy, this store was NOT. A couple were seated, eating, and the people in line before me left with their order. Asked for the 2/$7 pretzel dog special and a large, unsweetened iced tea. Girl behind counter: "Um, we don't have unsweetened iced tea." Me: "Do you have anything without sweeteners?" Her: "Um... there's diet soda?" Me: "WithOUT sweeteners?" Her: *gestures at cooler with juice and bottled water* Me: *sighs, takes bottled water* The cashier reached into the display case and shoved the pair of pretzel dogs across the counter. No greeting, no eye contact. Her: "Seven dollars." Me: *uses debit card* Her: "Receipt?" Me: "Yes, please," because I wanted to leave feedback. And that was all I heard from her. The pretzel dogs were a bit dry and shriveled, but we were hungry and had shopping to finish. I'd understand curtness and confusion if the place was busy -- speed of service and all -- but the unknowledgeable and rude staff, lack of a common staple drink, and poor food quality will keep me from coming back.

We love the mini cinnamon pretzel here with a large lemonade.

Very friendly people and quality pretzels. Service is fast even if there's a long line. There were samples on that day, which made our selection much easier.

I found it strange that Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's were in the same shop, but I love both so hey, why not! I came here for the Cinnabon though. I grabbed a box of six to go, and I grabbed a mini for myself to enjoy right then. The rolls that I took home had really thin layers; I'm not sure whether it was just that box or what, but it wasn't too great. I'm used to thick layers from Cinnabon, so I was disappointed by the quality. At $24.68 post-tax for the six in the box and a mini, Cinnabon has gotten quite pricey but it's worth it once in a while!

HERE FOR THIS!!! I will drive all the way here to get a Cinnabon. Most times you see Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's as stand alone places but having them together is also no problem. They have their full menus so anything you would want at the stand alone store, they have it here. They are always making and bringing out fresh pastries which is nice. The service is pretty good. I have never had a problem coming here. They also have a place inside for you to sit and enjoy your food. Great place and its nice having the two sinful treats in the same location.

2 drinks, 1 pretzel, 2 pretzel bites and a mini cinnamon roll came to little over $29.00... I had to take back the shake for a soda because it was mostly bits of ice and not tasty. Pretzel bites most of it was dumped, mini cinnamon roll was very disappointing so it got dumped also. The whole pretzel, not sure if anyone ate it, horrible food choice that day. Wish I could have gotten a full refund.

Rosa is a great manager. This is a small outfit in Livermore outlet. She took care of a bad situation to a good one. A server was making lots of errors. She ended up serving me a completely wrong order. Maybe she was new? She got the order wrong but was very nice and even admitted to her wrong doing. Rosa came in and took care of me and my family. Thank you for being nice and professional.
