When i walked by i was given a small piece so to try, i ended up buying a cup which was delicious! And the guy who assisted was very friendly kudos to him this is the service i would never walk past unnoticed thank you!

Each time I go to auntie I asked for a salted ? pretzel a soft one and 3 times now it was hard on one side even after I told her give me a soft pretzel so I will not go there anymore

9/22/2023 around 3 pm ish ?One point I had said is one of employee not wearing mask. We I bought the mini hot dog pretzel ate and after that me and my son is coughing on same day at night time. One of employee standing in front of pretzel cabinet a guy looked at us and other two employees was talked about 1 minutes half came over helped us. All of food store should wear face mask for customers safety still COVID or not right now out there still COVID and have the fall FLU ??

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT and always ask for a receipt. I was here yesterday getting snacks while shopping, and it wasn't until after i left and checked my receipt that the employees added a tip for themselves without telling me. I was never asked if i wanted to leave a tip or given a choice to leave a tip, but a 25% tip was added to my total without anyone asking if i wanted to leave a tip. I don't like underhanded tactics like this, i will go to Wetzel's Preztels next time.

ordered a cold brew and i regretted it. Super watered down and the caramel tasted like plastic. i definitely would’ve liked refund on the amount of money i paid for some WATERED down coffee. never coming here again seriously disappointed.
