I went to celebrate my grandson's 13th birthday over here this is where he wanted to try and eat the food was no good the waitress got our foods mixed up ? my son-in-law got a chicken sandwich and it was just no chicken just the frey part of the bread of the chicken it was disgusting I ate fried cauliflower it was so salty. They took forever on our drinks we had to go to the bar area There was only one waitress. Then to top it off when we got the receipt what we ordered wasn't the exact price on the receipt . Let's just say it was a mess he even had to talk to the manager then to top it the waitress asked for a tip on the receipt that she gave to my daughters she wasn't a very good waitress the food was not that great. The only thing that was good is the screen TV

Love their drinks and wings. That's all I ever go for. The wings are amazing and the drinks are delicious. Staff depending on who you get, you either get really good service or really bad. There not rude bit they might as well be if they never come back to see if you want any other drinks after they bring you food. I don't know maybe I should sit at the bar then but on the other hand, it's never busy so I don't know what there staff is do g if they not helping amyone

The service was friendly and kind and I would give them 5 stars for sure!I ordered an iced tea and it was very watered down to the point where I thought it was dirty water. I ended up having to order a coke instead. I ordered the fried pickles and lunch combo which is 6 boneless wings and fries. The pickles were eh. I felt that they werent crispy to the point where the breading/batter wasnt cooked all the way. It was almost runny per se. The wings were okay but the fries werent cooked all the way. Usually this doesnt happed at BWW. Hopefully this was just an off day.

Incompetent service strikes again for the 3rd and final time here. Order it waited 45 min for it while no one was there and 1 or 2 pickups were there then when we get home to find they missed items and call in for a refund they said we have to drive back to the store for a refund on the items missing. Great job Bdubs.

BWW is always on point with their wings, but this location was a complete miss.. we ordered takeout and sat at bar to have a couple drinks— service was quick and friendly.Our food on the other hand was extremely disappointing! Ordered wings and the sauce is hardly coated, had a chicken wrap and couldn’t even taste the choice in sauce for that too… we had to think about what sauce we ordered because it was so lacking. Just the food was a total of almost 60$ after tip, and are kind of sad it cost so much without any proper flavors?mostly just oil on the wings?

Update. Loss of a star... Got the following response where they want all my contact info, phone number, house address for their purposes, and not once did they comment on the poor food or service. They blamed Covid... Now I'll add to my comment that we were forced into the bar area because thats where they wanted all to eat. Way too many teens to be able to watch everyone and while there we saw possible underage drinking happen. Not cool BWW...Wings were of 3 sizes, prices were high, and the chicken tenders were smaller than the drumettes. What happened BWW...Couldn't believe the price of wings and lack of service. So few people, we were forced into the bar where there were way too many teens to be a bar. Won't be back for a long while.
Very bad service. I will never go there again. If you guys are short in staff, close the restaurant. Don't make people come ask the way to the restaurant and say no service. Very disappointed. This is how you can slowly kill an amazing restaurant chain.

Went there to see the UFC fight and it was advertised that it would be free if you got there before 7:00 which we did but yet they still charged us the entrance fee to watch the fight? I never got a detailed receipt and was just told my tab came up to a certain amount!? Also it seems the night manager gives preferential treatment to his family that is there!

ordered 30 piece wings, all drumsticks. charged for all drumsticks. Received wings and drumsticks. AND did not receive blue cheese dressing requested. What a shame for this horrible service. Check your order before leaving.
