(There’s cameras so regional manager or upper management , please review cameras … I’ll edit this review later. As I stopped in for lunch during work hours )
These 3 guys working today 12/29/2025 between 2pm-2:20 are ignoring the 2 customers at the counter and are rushing the people in the drive thru. I’m standing there , 1 guy with red pimples/dots all over his face sees me but does not say anything. I’m still standing there waiting for my order, nobody’s anything to me regarding “simple customer service”. Another guy stands behind me waiting and I ask the cook/guy making the food if I need to grab me order. Of course he doesn’t understand me and responds in another language. Guy with glasses comes out of back. Sees us standing there and continues to shake the food from fryer and as I said I needed him, both people behind the counter respond aggressively , and with attitude saying “can’t I see that their busy!” I said , “I’m not in a car or in the drive thru, I’m a customer at the counter:”
Both employees were rude unprofessional and accusing me of “being loud” and the guy with glasses said “he wasn’t going to serve me or help me”….
As I canceled my order in the app and left my experience on there, I took a picture of the guy that berated me and accused me of being “aggressive” and he says “what did I do” and wants to “play the victim.” Him asking me “what did he do when I took a pic of his name and badge” definitely shoulf be held accountable for his actions. Both employees should be accountable
Both guys were being “selective” on who to help and while the guy I took a picture of was polite and nice to the “lady” with the same color as his skin, 2 of our “darker skin” color customers that were waiting there patiently were ignored ..
I want the number of the area manager of this establishment so I can call or write the full statement of these 2 employees who should not be allowed to work in a “customer service environment “

The Worst burger king , i've ever eaten at. My wife and I went through drive through on Christmas Eve.We got our food and went to the parking lot to eat.The food was cold and tasted old. We took the food back inside and they wouldn't do anything for us.Their customer service is horrible.The people there don't care. Don't waste your money at this burger king location.

Ordered food off DoorDash, food was cold although I live 3 minutes away, also ordered a vanilla shake that didn’t show up at my door. Can tell they just don’t take customer service serious, have had past struggles with this establishment.

As long as an AI drive thru is present, I will not return to this location. Service is a 3 only because an actual human saved the order.

Update 01-01-2025 Android app now shows drive thru option when ordering.. Impossible Whopper cans exactly as ordered - no mayo, add mustard, slight upcharge (25¢) for extra lettuce & extra tomato. Cooked while I waited, served hot. Fries much more generous this time. Gentleman at the counter who took my order was friendly, very polite, and accommodating. I'm ranking this BK 5 stars, compared to other restaurants in this same "genre" of fast food. To be fully transparent, this was not our second visit, but our 5th since I first reviewed this BK. We've come back because they are now consistently earning our business. Bathrooms & Dining Room are newish, clean, and tastefully casual. Neutral tones are easy on the eyes. Now if guests could only figure out how to divide their trash into the proper bin!
Newer BK with drive thru. Burger King android app didn't show a drive thru option to pick up mobile order - just eat inside or inform employee at the counter that you've arrived, which was odd and inconvenient. BK Impossible whopper was ok - I would've rated as good, but preferred without mayo and it came with mayo, so threw away half of the bun with lettuce, not leaving much to eat. Fries were not generously sized and slightly undercooked. Bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Counter employee greeted me, had food ready to go. I'll give them another chance on the food sometime. Wasn't busy on a Wednesday just after dinner time.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger accommodates vegans if ordered without cheese & mayonnaise. Otherwise, menu is meat & dairy heavy as expected with most fast food restaurants.

I ordered a Whopper with my mobile phone. The timing was off. When I got my sandwich it was not as hot and juicy as normal. I was disappointed, but will be back. The Whopper is a great sandwich.

The workers need to be trained here. They left me standing waiting for my food for 5 minutes while they kept giving drive food orders Then they mixed up my meal , and the onion rings taste weird here.
