The food was great, a little expensive but worth the price. The Staff was very friendly and helpful both the lady and gentlemen that helped where very nice and respectful i had no issue will be going back.

Cant speak to other reviews of customer service bc I don't go in the mornings. But I've never had a problem at this CJ's, except speed but thats not a huge complaint for me. It's actually one of the better ones in the East Bay, they have plenty of customization options that aren't offered at most other locations, which is why I come here often.

First time to buy this area, but this morning crew lady name Johana is rude I just changed my order since not yet created and She’s really mad it supposed to be the Costumer is always right I did my apologies for change my order but did not expect like this, I’m NOT going to this place. Hope the Manager could read this.

When ordering "Joanna" cut me off and said have a nice day? Unbelievably dismissed me from ordering. I simply asked how much an item was and questioned why didn't she give me the price promoted on the window. She said I didn't ask for the promo only the regular item price. I only hope Pablo who She said was her boss reads this for corrective action and training. This Livermore Carl Jr needs to do better. Crazy someone in customer facing acts this way.

Food is so sloppy like they're screwing around with it rather than making a burger for you. Girl in the drive through is very sweet. Nice young lady.
