Be Careful ordering here. I placed an online order on their app. I requested No Mayo, No Cheese on my burger. These requests did not print out on the order so I went into the restaurant first to ensure the order was made per my request. I was told by Juan P. that there was nothing he could do since the burger was already made with mayo and cheese. I had to buy another burger in the store and threw away to the first one since I couldn't eat it. I find it hard to believe that everywhere else (Taco Bell, McD's, BK) waits for you to arrive prior to starting your order. Carls makes yours right away - hope you don't get delayed otherwise your food will be cold. Also, what happened to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction? Too many other options available than to deal with these restrictive restaurants where all you hear is "there's nothing I can do" and "it's not my fault, I don't make the rules". - Juan P.

Dude with side of his head shaved and a slick back hair style had an attitude! I don’t understand. Every other Carl’s Jr I have been to, I never had this problem. First of all, I don’t get to pay for food until I’ve sat at the window for what seems about 5 minutes. Just sit there after I’ve ordered thru the drive thru. Second of all, as I’m counting my change to give him, he’s making drum beats with his hands on counter, In a subtle gesture that says “hurry up” last of all, apart from his lack of enthusiasm or should I say, decency, I was served 2 milkshakes that were not even made all the way. Total price for 2 small burgers and 2 shakes were $17.60 after taxes! At least make my food right, if I’m paying that much! I’m talking ice cream on the bottom half and barely any Oreo on the top half. Phone was dead or else I would have taken a picture. Get it together guys!

Used to drive 1/2 way across town from the VA clinic just to patronize a Carl's Jr because they offer a military/veterans discount and I live in the Central Valley so it's a bit of a drive to & from my appointments. For some reason that discount now no longer applies to combos, like who's going to any fast food place and not getting a burger in a combo? Ordering items individually costs more, and without doing the math I think it's safe to say ordering this way, then getting the discount isn't likely to work out in my favor. In short, thank veterans/active duty for their service across the board, or don't effing bother. Literally every other Carl's Jr I patronize gives the discount, no conditions. Won't be going back here ever. I'd rather eat a crappy McD's burger and soggy fries than be disrespected.

Went through drive through and an employee of yours named Joshua helped me and you just don't get customer service like that anymore. He was so polite, helpful, and smiley. He had a great attitude and he was very welcoming. He was quick but didn't make me feel like I needed to hurry. All-around great service. Thanks Joshua!!

Older guy with the white hair was kinda rude. I'm in the service industry as well. So I try to be cool to everyone in the industry. I get it. But when I say hi and get nothing back. I'm gonna try again and I always say Have a good day or night. Older guy with the white hair had no response both times. He literally slammed his little window after hanging my food. He heard me both times and chose to be very rude. Just because you peaked WAY back and ended up working fast food until your old and grey doesn't give you a pass and to be D0uchy to your customers ESPECIALLY when they are being nice to you. Food - I ordered a Classic burger, cris cut fries drink. Fries have been sitting there for awhile. Soggy. I was craving that crunch.Nope. When I went to go wipe my hands from the soggy fries. I pull out an oil soaked pile of napkins. He literally crammed my napkins in the soggy fry container. I attached a picture.This guy needs to hang up his little Carl's Jr Star and call it a day. He could obviously care less about product, quality or the customers.

I always go through the drive thru which tends to be really fast. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes to place an order and they give you the food pretty quickly.

They don't close at 11pm they close on 1030pm I'm just saying they should've change your closing sign at 1030pm instead

Ordered through the Carl's Jr app. We received or food barely on the warm side and missing part of our order. When I called they said they can refund the money for the missing items if I drive out there to get it. I ordered delivery to keep from driving. Poor customer service!!!
