SUPERFAST... other fast food restaurants should learn how run a proper drive thru, be sufficient, friendly and food prepared just as ordered!

The service was fantastic, the young lady at the counter was very nice and the food was fresh. The issue I had was the older employee sitting in the lobby playing music and Tiktok videos loud enough to be both heard and disruptive from across the resturant. It is one thing for a customer to be inconsiderate in this fashion but an employee doing it is unreal. You dont have to have your phone at max volume to hear it, if you do eat in the back or outside. Do not disrupt your customer's experience.

I arrived at 835PM and the drive "open" sign was on but no one was answering the intercom. I drove through an confirmed the light was on but saw no workers. I went to the door and confirmed the drive through was open until 9PM and I saw a worker inside, so I tried again. Again no response to the intercom, so I honked to get the worker's attention; he looked up when I honked but ignored me. I honked again and raised my arms in the universal WTF motion, he again ignored me. I did the same one more time and he finally indicated they were closed. I drove through and saw the "open" light was still on, and watched as he turned it off. I'm fine with the store closing early, and only mildly annoyed that the open sign was left on. It is just rude though to ignore the person in the drive through rather than proactively signaling the closure - especially given the store closed early and left the open sign illuminated.

This one is a good place to get a burger. They have great employees. I would compare the staff to in and out at this location. Or at least the crew we had during our visit. Very pleased!
Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and they will make you a low carb burger. Just wrapped in lettuce. But it lets me be able to enjoy their restaurant. Thank you!

I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade without ice. She started to prepare it, and I noticed the ice. I asked if it was mine and reminded her, no ice. She then asked me if I told the person who took my order. Yes. This what got, mostly lemonade with very little strawberry flavor. So disappointing she was skimpy with the strawberry flavor. I wanted to address it, but with her asking if I ordered it with ice or not earlier, made me think she might have an attitude. I'm on lunch, gotta go. I won't be coming back.
