Bread and sides were good (mashed potatoes and bbq beans.) We ordered the sherif a 2lb sirloin medium rare. It took over 30 minutes to get our order. The steak was well done; we sent it back. After 15 minutes we got our steak perfectly cooked. However, the steak was so tough and chewy. The quality of the meat is so bad it must be USDA select or some lower grade.

My buddy and I had steak dinner twice. Baked potato salad and baked beans and it was fantastic. However, our waitress was not. She seemed like she was on drugs and I don't mean the kind you smoke. It was really off-putting and kind of unsettling. She was very forgetful she was cursing very unprofessional. I don't think I'll eat there again. If I do it will be to go and it was very, very obvious and what it was even more upsetting. Was her co-workers seem to notice and didn't care either. So I truly wonder if food safety is actually in place.

Everything tasted great! The loss of a star is because their hand cut steak wasn't done with an even thickness, therefore, some parts of the t-bone was medium (what I ordered) and the other parts were medium well to well done.

Service was good though the main course came fast, probably the fastest I observed as i was only halfway with my salad. I ordered the cowbow ribeye as usual and medium rare. I thought it was me but it was tough and hardly any juices in it. I tried different ways of cutting (against the grain) and the result was the same. I don't know if it was old or frozen given the speed it came out, but it was disappointing. It was late already but given at least the server was trying, I let it go and will just chuck it up to experience next time. Not sure if it was under new ownership as there were some guys in a corner thanking people and letting them know it's under new ownership. I usually visit quarterly and given the prices these days, I was more disappointed with the outcome of the steak, especially for a ribeye.
An early dinner. Great service from our young server. He was helpful and patient. Good portions. The baked potato was left a tad too long in the oven, but still good with the trimmings. Don't miss the appetizer of the baked artichoke. And of course, the warm sourdough bread as well. It was pleasant visit, good food, good service.

My experience at Cattlemen's was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I came in today and were having a pretty stressful day but our server Avanti went above and beyond to make our first time experience at Cattlemen's amazing! She was so kind, considerate and attentive. I ordered a Ribeye medium well and got a steak closer to medium rare. I always feel bad about sending food back and normally don't say anything but our server was so kind and I felt safe to mention it. Avanti went above and beyond and got a new steak fired up for me and it was absolute perfection. Thank you so much for being amazing! The whole staff made this an incredible visit. Avanti made sure to make us feel heard and even sent us home with a free cookie and ice cream. Thank you Avanti for the amazing night!

Apps came out and everything was good Just waiting on the entrées wait is kinda long but of the food is cooked properly you really cant complain on the time it took!!! Update food came out super hot and the way we all wanted it so in all good food good service
