Went in 12/12/25 and was disappointed with the service, or lack thereof. The cashier wasn’t friendly and insinuated I wanted my food to go because I was alone. I ended up eating there but the same lady would go around with a sour look on her face and then told 3 ladies near by waiting for a table how people don’t hurry up and leave and how some people have been there for 3 hours. Not sure if this was directed at me, but she made sure to be loud enough for me to hear while standing inches from me. I was there for 30 minutes.
Not once was I asked if I needed anything, while other tables were being waited on and getting attention. This place doesn’t make you feel welcome if you aren’t a local or aren’t a regular. Reminded me of a high school clique with how they treat regulars vs non.
When it comes to my order, I specifically asked for the decaf iced cherry latte but after the first sip, it was regular coffee. I can’t have caffeine, so this was a huge disappointment.
The board was ok, nothing special, had more nuts and grapes than anything else. $28 for grapes and nuts is a bit insane. Disappointed in the overall service and food experience and won’t be going back.

I want to start by saying I love the food here at charming fig, it’s absolutely delicious, which is why I’m so upset about our latest outing there. My husband and I recently moved out of the Livermore area so whenever we’re in town we try to have Charming fig ( specifically their Cesar wrap and candied bacon BLT) since it’s no longer easily accessible. So we placed a pick up order on Saturday. We arrive and were told that they couldn’t find our name in their system. After about a ten minute wait where the employee looked for our name and finally found it. Our food was scheduled for pick up at 1:30 at this point it’s almost 2 and we still haven’t gotten our food and we need to head out because of prior engagements. At this point the lady told us that we would have to wait an additional 10 minutes for our food, no apologies or explanation was given at to why our order was missing. We ending up having to leave without our food. Super disappointed with the outcome and hope they do better in the future.

Despite asking for a gluten free sandwich and waiting 20+ minutes for it, it came back with regular, gluten filled bread despite communicating it was an allergy. In addition, the “side salad” was quite literally just a bunch of bottom of the bucket lettuce with 0 dressing. 24$ for a 35 minute wait and only one edible thing isn’t worth your gas coming here. If I could make this a 0 star review, I would.

Thank you to the whole team at Charming Fig. Our catering order of sandwiches for our baby shower were so delicious and our guests loved them! Carly made it so easy to ensure certain ingredients like nuts were removed from the recipes. And they were delicious for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend the Charming Fig for catering and in store dining. Always a great experience ❤️

Charming Fig catering was amazing and working with Carly was effortless! The celebration board is a must have. Based on my event, it definitely would feed closer to 60+ people!

I ordered the Whipped Goat cheese salad and paid to add chicken. I had it to go but when I got home, I realized when I opened it that there was no chicken. The salad was $18 and I paid an extra $4 for the chicken.
I have tried to call to rectify the situation at 12:30 today and no one was picking up the phone. There wasn't even a voicemail to leave any messages. I wasn't about to drive back there so I was just hoping to get a credit for the chicken that they forgot to add. I have called 7 times in the span of 20 minutes and no one is still picking up the phone. I am giving them the chance to rectify the situation but I am just annoyed at this point and hungry so I need to eat.
I took a picture of the salad with my receipt to prove that I paid for it. As you can see this is an 18 dollar salad which doesn't quite match up with the quantity you see from their photos. It is also missing the pistachio nuts (this is listed as an ingredient on their menu).

Everything is fresh and compliments each other. The location is busy but the interior atmosphere is very open and inviting. They close @ 2:30 so make sure to arrive for lunch by 1 - 1:30. Their specials rotate but make sure to check them out because everything they make is amazing. ⭐️

It was a nice little stop. Nothing that made me go gasp. I must come back however. The food was ok. The coffee also ok. We ordered to dine in an it came in rather small cups. While our friends ordered to go with no ice an they got significantly more to drink. The menu is beautiful but impossible to find online right away. The prices seemed a bit high for the amount. I am also unsure if the kids food provided was organic seeing as the place gives off that all natural vibe. Outside could use an umbrella. Staff an bathrooms were nice.

I had a great iced coffee. My Turkey sandwich was good. The ciabatta bread was try and crumbly. We will be back.

I didn’t like the flavor of the coffee. Metallic. The egg scramble was very good. No cream for the coffee, only 1/2 and 1/2.(wouldn’t have helped anyway).

Amazing space for anyone and everyone. Stopped here for the first time with a friend, the coffee is such great quality and the Cacio e Pepe toast was AMAZING. Wonderful welcoming staff and awesome aesthetic, definitely recommend!

I have been to the Charming fig several times since it's reopening. The tomato soup, salads, egg scramble and other items I've had were delicious! They have events and crafts such as a succulent pumpkin and wreath making along with a fun Drag show that I've been to twice.
They never disappoint! It's a must try!

This place is truly charming. The women who run it are very creative, friendly and efficient. The food is always delicious.
Parking: There are many businesses around the restaurant so you may have to drive around a bit to find a spot.
