I love their salads for lunch, but has been 2 times that there were insects in my food :( I always want to go back, but their lack of sanitation and that they don’t check it before give it to you is a big NO. I can never forget. I hope they have better staff and gotten better training in the kitchen.

This is located at the food court in the Livermore outlets. The food court isn’t super exciting, this looked best out of the choices.I ordered the 3 piece meal, and the portion size is generous. I ended up taking 1 piece and some fried home for dinner. The food is fried well, and freshly made so no complaints there.Not something I’d go out of my way to get, but it’s fast and satisfying so giving it 4 stars.

It was really busy, obviously it's Saturday. The sandwich wasn't bad but it was two chicken strips instead of one patty. It tasted really good but I felt like if I took a bite out of one chicken strip the other one tried to get away so it was kind of messy. The fries were really good too and so were the sauces that accompanied it. If I had any one major complaint it was that there was tomato on my sandwich. Yes, I can take it off easily but I am allergic and my mouth is slightly itchy

Very good food. I just wish you guys would open up a restaurant in the west bay someplace. Next time I'm in Livermore I am absolutely coming back here. Everything was fresh.

very disappointed ever since the new management came in, me and my family "used" to eat at this establishment but now that chicken now has a new menu and system they don't offer free refills on drinks.
