Hire more people like Emily. Rare to have someone with such a perfect blend of kindness and being super on it, even down to the Togo boxes (we didn't ask, she had them ready for us).

Went to lunch and had a great experience! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Our waitress, Mandy, was so kind and thoughtful — she put our son’s meal in first so he didn’t have to wait, and she was incredibly helpful with my in-laws. She checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed.
We will definitely be back!

Went for our nieces birthday. Party of 10, the waitress was very good. I am not in the habit of carrying cash,we asked for a separate check and the waitress handled it with no problem. The food was good too.

On Veteran's Day, I found a gem tucked in broad day light as Chili's Grill & Bar surfaces as a fine go-to destination. Friendly, efficient staff was a highlight for me.

I love this Chili’s location! It’s always very clean, the food tastes great, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Every time my family and I come here, we have an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, and everything feels well taken care of. Definitely one of our favorite spots to eat together!

Food was gross, no flavor. Waitress and waiters standing around. Took 10min to be seated because all where in the back talking or hiding. Would never come to this location again.

I showed up at 9:40 pm to pick up my order that was already paid for. The restruant was closed which is weird because online it says it closes at 10pm. I had to call the restaurant to give me the order and the lady kept going on about how my order was waiting since 9 and I should have been here…in that case I will never order again. Adjust your hours to 9:30 pm to be clear. Extremely rude blonde lady couldn’t even say you’re welcome
i eat at Chilis quite often but this review is about something different. Had a problem with my meds last night and got quite faint. Made it outside for fresh air but ended up sitting on sidewalk near the door. The employee who came out to help me was so kind and caring. Stayed with me for a while and went inside to find my friend. Another employee and a very concerned customer helped me to a bench where I sat umtil I felt well again. Thank you for your caring attitude

Went there for dinner, waiter disappeared for a good 15mins after dropping off our drinks, smh! I nearly got up to place a food order at the bar, but the waiter showed up after taking drinks order from another table, but nothing spectacular about this chili's, Service was kinda eh! Food ok and decent, like I said nothing spectacular, but wait staff tend to hang around the wall in front of the kitchen and they may lag on coming back to your table from what I seen.
